Tom is a so lovely he has a gentle professional manner and is clearly passionate about hairdressing.

Lucy is very professional, knowledgeable and an excellent stylist.

Libby was so spot on with giving me the look I asked for, she really listened to what I wanted and I love it. She was also very kind and made my experience comfortable. I will definitely be coming back again x

I love David. We can talk for England about travel, TV and film, politics and anything else in between. The hair cut is important of course but to be able to go to a hairdresser who feels like a friend makes the experience so much more. When it comes to my hair, David just knows and has done since I first started coming. He gets me! By knowing a person, you know what they want. It’s the whole package. I’m relocating soon and there’s lots I will miss about living in Cheshire and coming here every five weeks is definitely one of them. David is amazing!

Georgia is always fabulous! I also had a younger stylist (I’m so sorry, I’m terrible with names) put my colour on and wash it off, and she was great. Really thorough with getting all the colour off and also checking for any colour on my skin.

I’ve been coming to Lucy for many years now, and every visit is amazing. The Christmas period is always stressful and I always feel so relaxed when I’m in Lucy’s company. Even when the team are rushed off their feet, no doubt they will be smiling ☺️ you never feel the fast pace of the salon ??‍♀️ Lucy is a credit to Terence Paul and the fact that I have moved 20 miles away and still will still travel to see her - just goes to show how incredible she is!

I’ve been coming to Terence Paul knutsford for 11 years, and before this visit always been pleased
Stylist was very sharp/unimpressed when I asked for more off the length. Come out being unable to tell I’d had a cut so little was taken off
Stylist vey ‘rough’ pushing head in different directions to make it easier for her(even if very uncomfortable for the client)
Also, felt I was being deliberately overcharged (compared to what Ive previously paid)

My daughter LOVES coming to Terence Paul. She is treated so beautifully- from the amazing hot chocolate to her cut and style. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they make the whole experience a real treat! My daughter’s hair looks fantastic. Thank you so much to you all ??

Tom did my hair colouring very well indeed. I’m always nervous about it being “too much” but Tom got it just right.

It’s always a pleasure to have my hair styled by David. He’s tames my thick unruly mane with the lightest of touches and is such a nice guy as well, I’m always made to feel super welcome. We’re very lucky to have such a great salon in Knutsford - from Louise at reception to the apprentices and all the stylists. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else.

My teenage daughter came in here for a trim and left feeling like a million dollars- she honestly won’t go anywhere else!
