Absolutely loved my appointment with Lauren today! Although I didn’t need much doing with my hair she has totally transformed it from horrible ratty hair to gorgeous glossy hair! I hadn’t had a hair cut in two years due to wedding preparations and the pandemic but as soon as I was able to I booked an appointment and I’m very glad I did. Lauren was easy to talk to and gave me some pointers on how to keep my hair so glossy and beautiful when out of the salon. All the staff are lovely and I’ve been to Soul Hair many times and I keep returning because of the quality of service I receive each time and the people. Thank you to all the staff!

My appointment was with James, couldn't ask for a better experience. Lovely head massage and shoulder. Listened to what I wanted and delivered. My hair is easy to do myself, I put this down to a excellent cut. Definitely will be returning. Thank you James.

Despite booking a child’s appointment by mistake, every effort was made to give me a great experience. Tom gave me a great dry curl by curl cut before washing and styling.

The service I received was great! Dan was extremely accommodating and patient with me. I have autism and he let me communicate in my own way and gave me time to do so - not everyone does that so it was awesome! Personally I thought the atmosphere of the salon difficult to deal with due to the noise levels and the busyness of the environment. This is a problem with all salons and I understand it is difficult to reduce this problem. This can make the experience quite distressing, and that’s on top of an already stressful environment. The staff though are incredible and I’m sure would do anything to try and help if asked. Other than the loudness and personal stressful ness of the atmosphere, I cannot find any fault. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Second visit to Soul Hair for 11-year old Bridget. Great cut, no rush and stunningly refreshed her hair colour. Once again advised by everyone never to change her colour (red) and one very happy young lady. Will be back soon for a summer holiday cut - she still wants pink tips though!
