I’ve had to cancel a couple of appointments recently due to personal circumstances but today Katie and her team were a real tonic, it’s not always about the hair although I love what Katie did to my hair today. Thank you

I was pleased with my hair and the time and patience Trish spent with me this morning.

As always very pleased with my hair after Gaynor washed cut and styled it for me

Hi really enjoyed the experience at your salon I am very pleased with my new hair style everyone has commented on the style lovely atmosphere thankyou Katrina.

Although he is a lovely person, he didn’t take not of the photos I’d shown him neither did he take note I wanted to keep length . I won’t put the blame on him but rather the receptionist when I clearly stated I need a well experienced stylist to fix my hair . On searching and when I zoomed into the photo of the back of the hairstyle I was told he could not perform that task…I should have just left! I’m now left with a hairstyle that has made me feel worse than o felt when I first went in.

The lady was so helpful and made me feel confident again with my new hair style re-booked fir highlights on thus Saturday

Popped in to see if Gaynor could trim my fringe and as she had time had a cut and blow dry. Gaynor always gives me a great cut whether I have short or long hair. I always come away knowing my hair looks great making me feel happy.

Mel is a hero of the night. She made my teen child smile! My child is extremely happy with overall experience, Mel was so good at discussing the cut, suggesting the best options, made so many compliments about my daughter’s hair and her natural colour!

Gaynor is an excellent Stylist ..l have been with Gaynor at the Chester branch for a very long time. She is very helpful ..with colour and hilights and an extremely cut stylist when cutting and blow dry. Excellent.

Excellent service from Deirdre as usual but as previously stated the salon is just so cold with the front being open . Come on Regis invest in a proper shop front with a door…preferably before Winter !!!

Toni was my stylist, she did an amazing job with my hair, I absolutely love my hair now. Toni is so gentle and knows exactly what she's doing, she's lovely as a person and the best at what she does. She explains each and every step so well that you feel at ease. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Thanks Toni , can't wait to get another hair service from her soon.

Michelle listened to me about how I wanted my hair cut and advised on how to achieve the style I was after. I am absolutely delighted with the result well done Michelle and thankyou.

Appointment time was 2pm, greeted by Mel, had a wait of 20 minutes while she was with another client. Mel apologised for the delay and made me feel very welcomed.
Mel asked about what style I had in mind. After having a short discussion and agreeing about the cut and length Mel, preceeded to cut and styled my hair. Very pleased with the outcome, have already booked anotherAppointment. Lovely atmosphere, the other stylists there today were happy and chatty to.

Toni, she was very interesting in her feedback re my hair, appreciated the focus on hair and inspired me to book for another appointment taking her advise, thank you!

This is a review for Trish, there wasn't an option for her as the stylist.

I'm very happy with my haircut, I feel great and I've had a lot of compliments from all of my friends. Trish listened to what I wanted and advised what would look best, it was a bit of a challenge since I cut my own hair but the end results were amazing!

I will be back next year to see Trish again.
