Katie added half a head of highlights to my hair and blended all the tones nicely. My hair had different colours that had grown out and were not blended, my hair is all the same colour now. Extra point for the salon - the chairs at the sinks for washing could be more comfortable. Everything else was great.

Michelle is am excellent hair stylist. She just knows exactly what you want and will make suggestions to suit. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Michelle to other people.

Was away in Chester For a few days and decided to get a haircut,managed to get a walk in ,always nervous when going to a new hairdresser,Michelle was really Friendly asked want I would like done ,was very knowledgeable and talked through and showed me what she was going to do, so that put me at ease and I felt very comfortable,loved my hair cut looks and feels fab , very happy customer,thank you Michelle and great to reminis on the Brum years .

Always look forward to my appointments with Ollie - always a good chat and I always leave transformed. Two hair washes later and it's still as good as when I left the salon - really good condition (especially for coloured hair) and infinitely more manageable - thank you Ollie!

went in for a trim and some layers, they cut way more than I asked and very very thick choppy bangs which I didnt ask for

I had downright and a blow dry. The downright are just perfect colour and the bliwdry perfect also. Extremely pleased with everything Gaynor at Regis Chrster does.

I asked to have my hair fully light blonde but for near my roots to be blended from my natural colour so that I don’t have a harsh line when the roots come through. Instead I was given odd blacks of highlights and lowlights which I didn’t at all ask for. In the consultation I showed an image of exactly what I wanted and it was blonde all over. I left and my hair was cut oddly at the front and now I can’t put my hair up because one side has a block of highlights and the other doesn’t. Extremely disappointed that I paid so much for this. When I rang up the staff lied that I was walked through the consultation what would happen and would’ve been told it was ‘unachievable’ but if this was actually said then I would’ve gone elsewhere. I was also spoken down to on the phone after THEY messed my hair up. My hair was blonder when I arrived than when I left

I’ve been having my hair styled by Katie for sometime now, she always cuts and styles my hair the way I like it. The first time I went to her to have my colour done I was very nervous but Katie was very kind, listened to my concerns regarding having my hair coloured and reassured me that my hair would look very natural, which it does. I can highly recommend Katie, she is very professional and really knows her stuff.

An excellent experience as usual - highlights, cut and blow. Michelle always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble.

The review is for Tricia whose name is not on the list above ! I have been attending the salon for sometime now and always receive great service and good value for money. Today I had a plan for the first time in many years. The results were just as I have requested and I am really pleased.

Melanie always listens to what I ask for. She is friendly and professional. I always leave the Regis salon feeling so much better about my hair than when I went in! Today was no exception and I had so many compliments about my hair throughout the rest of the day.

I’ve had to cancel a couple of appointments recently due to personal circumstances but today Katie and her team were a real tonic, it’s not always about the hair although I love what Katie did to my hair today. Thank you
