Very pleased with my colour cut and blowdry

Gaynor was very welcoming and professional. However when I got home and assessed the colour, and I felt it was too dark. I was also left with staining and around my neck and ears. As it was my first appointment at the salon I would have expected a consultation on the colour, I was only asked about the number for my roots, I am not an expert so she should have checked to see if it was suitable for me, which she didn’t. Overall I felt unhappy especially for the money that I paid.

Toni washed and blow dried my hair today & I couldn’t praise her enough. My hair was perfect & she is a lovely lady.

Toni is an excellent and knowledgeable hairdresser. Very friendly and approachable. Makes sure your hair is just as you want it and very good at giving advice.

I have been having my hair done by Toni for a couple of years now and she is brilliant. Lovely personality, always puts me at ease. When I first started going my hair was dry and needed a bit of TLC. My hair is so healthy now, this is all down to Toni. I am always so happy whenever I come out after it being done especially considering how thick it is. She is a real asset to the company and are so lucky to have her. Thank you again Toni, see you next time xxx

Had a colour and blow dry with Tony at Regis, Chester. And honestly — 10/10, no notes. I walked in with dull, faded hair and walked out with the kind of shine and bounce you see in shampoo commercials.

Tony, nailed the colour — exactly what I was hoping for (and somehow even better). It looks super natural but still gives that fresh, glowy upgrade. The blow dry? Flawless. Bouncy, smooth, and held up beautifully even after I stepped into a bit of wind like a hair model in a rom-com.

Super friendly, really listened to what I wanted, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxing. If you’re thinking of switching up your colour or just want to treat yourself, Toni , is 100% the one.

Mel did highlights and a cut for me today and it looks amazing. I went in with an idea of how I wanted it and she completely went beyond my expectations. The change looks so subtle and natural. I couldn't be happier.

Having booked for a wash/cut/blow dry Michelle knew exactly what I wanted, was careful to check as she went along and, although I was the last customer of the day she spent as much time & energy as if I was her first client of the day .

Gaynor is a fabulous hairdresser. She cuts, styles my long hair and I am always delighted with my hair every visit. She listens, understands and i terprets into exactly what I request, working her magic every time. I would definitely recommend.
