About us

TONI&GUY Guernsey have held a prominent position in St Peter Port since opening in 1998. Franchisee Charlotte Nettle and her team are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest standards of customer service and the ultimate salon experience.

As a salon we pride ourselves on providing a professional and friendly serviceand emulate the TONI&GUY ‘catwalk-to-client’ philosophy- salon stylists have worked with the TONI&GUY team at London Fashion Week in February 2011 bringing seasonal hair trends to the team and her clients. Franchisee Charlotte holds the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert Award- her experience and creativity ensures the salon colour technicians are up to date with the latest colour services and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, GHD and Wella Care and Styleto keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

I visited today for a cut and blow dry...I had decided to go from a longish bob to a much shorter one as I knew it would be easier to manage...Sharon’s and I spent 10 minutes discussing my cut and agreed on a style...it is absolutely perfect, I love it! I have a shorter bob that looks healthier now as I have no dry ends from colour,sunshine and straighteners! A great result and a happy client????

Bad start but good ending!

I arrived on time for my appointment. The young girl at the front desk looked incredibly unenthused, scruffy and came across as quite rude.
She showed me to my seat and offered to get me a drink, I asked for water. 10 mins later it arrived... I was waiting 25 mins before being spoken to again. I was close to walking out!
But Sharna made the difference! She apologised for the wait, gave me some good advice about my hair, and I absolutely loved the end result. Lovely person!
