I bring my elderly, disabled, mother in law to Pkai’s to have her haircut every month and she looks forward to coming more than anything else. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and treat us almost like family. It makes it such a pleasure to come.

Xenon was lovely with my little girl, he had lots of patience and her finished little bob was amazing, she looked so cute. After finishing with the little girl I asked if he could just trim my fringe for me which he did without hesitation. I always have such a good experience when visiting the salon. Everyone is so friendly and it is always a pleasure to visit.
A lovely hour of chat and laughs always enjoy my hsir appointment and look forward to the next.

Bit disappointed this time. Booked for balayage maintenance but feels like it now needs more maintenance than before. My moneypiece looks more like a mallen streak and is an orangey blonde colour. Hopefully it will fade as it grows out. Staff are always lovely and accommodating but not sure they look back at what was done previously to "maintain" the look. Sinks still incredibly uncomfortable. Really bad if you suffer from neck pain or are elderly and its so cold in there. I don't think the owners appreciate how cold clients can get sitting around for hours and having wet hair.
Another great outing to PKai Emma looked after me well once again.
