Lovely lady and great hair dresser

My first visit to Pkai and i was very impressed. Made to feel very welcome.
Leah went out of her way to look after me and make sure i was happy. I left a very happy client 👏🙂.
This is the first salon I’ve been to that offered a reduction in price for pensioners, this was very much appreciated.

Ollie was friendly and listened to my needs. However I got home and saw I had hair dye all over my ears and on my forehead, I never left a salon looking like this before. So was very unimpressed as I had to scrub this very hard off myself.

I've met Emma today and she answered every question I asked and I'm satisfied and she was amazing. I have booked an appointment on the 12th of August and can't wait for my new look. Thank you so much 😊

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Shaun to have my human hair wig cut and styled, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and understanding.

Shaun cut the wig beautifully , it looks completely natural and was exactly what I wanted. But what really stood out was the advice he offered throughout the appointment. He clearly has a deep knowledge of working with wigs and he shared thoughtful tips that I found really helpful.

I Highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re looking for someone who listens and goes the extra mile.

Emma was amazing! I was nervous to go to a new hairdresser but she did great.

I really enjoyed my haircut service with Olly. Olly is knowledgeable and exactly knew what I needed. We had a good chat during the hair cut and felt really relaxed during the service. I am happy how my hair looked afterwards.

Ollie gave me a great hair cut. He was very professional, polite and informative about what he was going to do.

As usual Kai did a brilliant job with my fine, difficult hair. I left the salon very happy with my reflection. That’s the most you can ask of any hairdresser.

Great first appointment with Shaun, very helpful, gave good advice and a good cut.

Sally was my stylist. She did a great job. She consulted with me, listened to what I wanted and produced a great result.

Superb service as always, would come again! Especially pleased with Shaun (my regular barber) as always.

As usual Ollie has cut my hair really well. Very pleased with how it looks.

Ollie was our sons stylist and he was very empathetic with our sons autism. There was patience, understanding and no pressure to do anything he wasn't feeling comfortable with and when your son doesn't tolerate water, hair dryers, strangers, new smells it's a lot of pressure for a hairdresser. Can't recommend Ollie enough he did an amazing job and our son left loving his hair cut which we've found is not always the case at a barbers.

Attentive, friendly and beautiful haircut. Constantly checked I was happy and made me feel really good. I booked a luxury cut though and really missed having the head massage during the conditioner section!!

Probably one of Pkai's oldest clients as been going since Kai first opened the salon and have been with Emma for years. Emma is a superb stylist with a lovely warm and friendly approach and always remembers so much about me and my world.

I can’t praise Emma enough. Love the way she cuts my hair and she’s so easy to chat to it makes it a lovely experience.

After going to different salons and being unhappy with how my hair was each time I came away from these salons since moving to Peterborough.
So I decided to do some research and I decided to try Pkai Hair.
Honestly was the right decision. So happy with my hair.
Shaun discussed everything in detail and advised what was best and tips on keeping my hair healthy etc.
I was made to feel welcome and enjoyed every minute. This will be my regular hair salon from now on.

I was lucky enough to win a cut with Erin. She was bubbly and friendly from start to finish and made me feel completely comfortable. Hair was just as I requested and I received good advice about future hair colouring services I wasn’t knowledgeable on. This visit has ensured that next time I will return as a happily paying customer!
