I came in to fix a cut I had received from another salon. Leah sat with me and we spoke about what I was unhappy with and what I wanted to achieve. Leah was honest with me about what we needed to do to fix my hair. Hot only that, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me advice on products to get the best out of my hair and style. She did not let me leave the chair until I was happy. I can't thank Leah enough, you have a new regular client. Can't wait from my next appointment!

Excellent haircut.

I saw Kai today, and having not had my hair done in a few months, it was more than ready for some tlc.
Kai was very professional, guided me on what would look good, and more importantly, what my hair would actually do.
He worked his magic on the vast quantity of hair that I have, and the result was amazing!
I love it.

I was nervous when I went in but as soon as I got in chair to have shampoo I felt very relaxed. The massage on my head was very soothing both Kai and I had come to the same decision of style. I was over the moon with it.

My first time with Sally will not be my last. My hair is very thin and fine and I have trouble making it look nice. Sally managed it though, she cut it beautifully and neatly and I am very pleased with the result.

Having tried P-Kai for the first time today since moving into the area, I left a very happy customer. As a beauty salon owner myself I was very impressed by the standard.

Will be a regular returning customer.

Lovely bit of pampering thank you

Unfortunately I have broken my ankle so in a wheelchair and unable to wash my own hair. Booked an appointment as having visited the salon with my granddaughter in the summer holidays I could remember that it looked accessible I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff, but a special thank you to Megan who was brilliant.

My experience at this salon was great. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the overall quality was perfect I would recommend this salon to a friend

Came back to my original Salon, shouldn’t have left it so. Told Kai what I was looking for & he delivered it, so pleased. Very hard to get a good hairdresser who listens, makes suggestions & can cut short hair. A bit more expensive but feel a million dollars when you leave.

As always, Genny has done an excellent cut on my hair. She knows exactly where I am coming from and never lets me down. Thank you.

I love coming to this Salon with such a friendly atmosphere. Once again Genny has cut my hair exactly as I like it and once again I have left feeling happy.

I took my both daughters for a hair cut. Older one hair cut was nice. But my younger daughter’s hair is too short . I asked for shoulder length but it was done has bob cut. My daughter was very upset.

Megan was lovely. From the moment I walked in she was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the head massage.

I’m not sure who cut my hair, but I am massively disappointed. The young chap was really pleasant but for £64 a hair cut, I expect to get want I wanted or at least mildly close. I understand my hair has thinned since being unwell but I asked for layers, I was told I wouldn’t be able to have them. So it seems I have a cut that’s all one length as the back and feathering around my face. Could I not have had some longer layers at least to give it some texture? I asked for my full fringe to be blow dried in but was told I couldn’t as I have a strong parting. Really? I manage to blow dry a full fringe in every time I dry it. I feel for the price I paid and what I got, I could have had any apprentice/junior do that for a fraction of the price. I am sorry to leave negative feedback as the guy was so lovely, but as a paying customer I can’t help feeling disgruntled that I walked out unhappy.

Ollie was fantastic with my 10 year old during his first ever visit to a hairdressers. He took the time to explain the clippers and did a great job with the haircut.

Xenon worked his magic and made me feel a million dollars.. I wouldn’t want anyone else cutting my hair.. he is a fantastic hairdresser but also a really lovely person. Thank you

I felt quite sad saying goodbye today as Luca has been my hairdresser for so long . We have been through a lot together - life issues, blond hair, pink hair, blond hair again - but today I left the salon with a beautiful refresh and a spring in my step ready for my new adventure
