Sally is always pleasant and talks to you but is not over powering.
She cuts your hair to what you ask.
I’m not normally a big fan going to the hairdresser but I found it very pleasant today.

I am always looking forward to my monthly Wednesday visit, which is very enjoyable. Fresh coffee, water, magazines and relax. The colour, cut and styling is impeccable and makes me feel looked after and looking good for any plans.

Thank you so much! Great chat, and really happy with how Tyla did my hair. So patient, great listener and a great laugh. Really made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. Really peaceful and calm in the salon, always ask if they can get you a drink, take your coat etc.

Both my girls had the PKai experience today. My youngest (9) was with Ollie and oldest (13) was with Shaun. They were both very happy with their haircuts and both stylists were very friendly and approachable for the girls.

It was my daughters first time at the salon and what a nice experience it was for her. She sat ever so nicely and the lady was friendly and chatty. I was offered a drink which I wasn't expecting so that was a nice gesture too. We was able to finish our drinks after the hair cut and wasn't felt rushed. We will be coming back again. x
