Excellent service as usual although the salon was very busy.

I visited the salon today to get a balayage, the end result looks nothing like a balayage. It look more like a very bad ombre. I have absolutely no colour towards the top of my head,
even though I asked the stylist to bring the balayage higher to cover my gray hair , the colour starts from ears down which is like half way. There’s no blending at all it’s patchy and brassy. I didn’t see well in the salon as my hair wasn’t styled. But when I came home and straightened my hair I could see everything.

Great haircut and styling from Genny. Such a lovely friendly lady. Very pleased with my cut and finish today.

Megan was polite and sweet and did a lovely job in my hair.

Shaun was very welcoming on arrival and talked to me about what style I would like and gave his advice which was really helpful. He performed a wonderful massage and gave me a beautiful haircut. He was very knowledgeable about postpartum hair loss (which i am currently experiencing). He offered me a drink and I like that he gave me time to drink the tea (as sometimes you don't want to interrupt the cut). Shaun was very chatty and friendly which was so nice, he made me feel really comfortable.
The haircut itself was wonderful and he asked for my opinion throughout. I would definitely book with Shaun again. Thank you!

Had a Great experience at p-kai on Friday morning. Was delighted with my hair cut and adding to the experience was the time taken by Megan to share hints and tips so I could recreate the finish at home and the ideal mix of chatting and silent moments so I could really relax and enjoy the hour of me time.
