Pkai Hair - Peterborough

I was booked in with Shaun for a root colour, cut and treatment as my usual hairdresser, Emma wasn't in and this was the only day I could make the appointment. I received the frightening call the day before that Shaun was off ill (Hope you feel better soon Shaun). I was asked if I would mind having Megan do my hair, I had no issues with this as I had seen Megan in the salon before she always seemed pleasant, but it's always daunting when you're allowing someone new to cut your hair.

Well I shouldn't of had any concerns, Megan was attentive to what I wanted for my hair, asked if I was happy with the cut every step of the way, we had a laugh along the way as it was Halloween, thankfully I only got the treats (Fantastic head massage) and Kai got the tricks.

I would have no issues in booking in with her again in the future. I only have one word of advice for Megan and that is to have more confidence in your abilities, your a very good hairdresser, you make the client feel at ease every step of the way, you just need to have confidence in yourself!

Aniela took my hair from blonde highlights back to a lovely brunette balayage. She took the time to listen to my requirements and advise me on the best treatment/colour for my hair. Aniela also advised me on the best fringe cut to suit both my hair and face shape.

Always love coming to P-Kai. Laura is amazing and she always does my hair perfectly. Love the whole team too they're all amazing people. Laura asked me about my computer as I've been growing out my balayage. She recommended a toner as I want to darken it up a bit which I'll definitely do next time xx

Been to Pkai a few times years ago and had great experiences, went recently and had the pleasure of Emma colouring my hair. I was so happy the whole time and frequently checked in with. During my shampoo, I checked if Emma would have enough time to cut a bit of a long fringe in and she was happy to do this. Really appreciated the time and effort, and she neutralised my hair exactly as I had hoped for and her work is so satisfying to watch 😊 also to help dry my hair Megan was absolutely lovely as well both very kind and calm. Thank you!

I usually have another stylist but I am aware that he has left. Megan looked after me today. I can honestly say she is by far the nicest person and best hairdresser I have ever had. Megan is kind, courteous and friendly, she is very calming as well, which I love as when I come to hairdressers I want to chill out. I came in to fix a cut I had received from another salon. Leah sat with me and we spoke about what I was unhappy with and what I wanted to achieve. Leah was honest with me about what we needed to do to fix my hair. Hot only that, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me advice on products to get the best out of my hair and style. She did not let me leave the chair until I was happy. I can't thank Leah enough, you have a new regular client. Can't wait from my next appointment!

Excellent haircut.

I saw Kai today, and having not had my hair done in a few months, it was more than ready for some tlc.
Kai was very professional, guided me on what would look good, and more importantly, what my hair would actually do.
He worked his magic on the vast quantity of hair that I have, and the result was amazing!

I was nervous when I went in but as soon as I got in chair to have shampoo I felt very relaxed. The massage on my head was very soothing both Kai and I had come to the same decision of style. I was over the moon with it.

My first time with Sally will not be my last. My hair is very thin and fine and I have trouble making it look nice. Sally managed it though, she cut it beautifully and neatly and I am very pleased with the result.

Having tried P-Kai for the first time today since moving into the area, I left a very happy customer. As a beauty salon owner myself I was very impressed by the standard.

Will be a regular returning customer.
