Katie did my hair I was really pleased with it

I travel up from London to get my hair done here. My bestie put me onto them as she lives not far from here - so I incorporate a visit. I’m spoilt for choice between Ed, Freya and Katy T. I am always looked after so well and I have never left the salon unhappy with my hair. Colour is important for me and you are always listened to. Everyone is super friendly. Massive fan!

A relaxing experience with great results.

I always get such a good hair cut and they are really lovely! Jess was especially sweet. However they tend to be pretty expensive but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It has taken me years to find a hairdresser who works with my hair & the old fashioned layering that suits it, & who doesn't substitute craftsmanship with just products. Thank you Lisa for your patience.

I always enjoy professional & friendly treatment at 24 Hair. Good team work with every effort made to give excellent treatment from start to finish. They are always willing to try & accommodate my requirements. My regular visits are always a pleasure - the finished result second to none!

The service is always good but is now very expensive, even for junior stylists. May have to go elsewhere for cuts.

Keri does my hair and I always come out of the salon feeling pampered and wonderful. I’m offered a choice of drinks which come with a sweet treat! One Friday afternoon I was asked if I’d like a glass of prosecco, my reply was ‘Yes please’. This happens every Friday afternoon, such a lovely idea.

Fantastic - Great service as always. I felt fully in control at all times and he was very attentive to the needs of my hair.

A well organised & well run salon. Even on a busy day. The training schedule means each staff member reaches a good level of competence. Each customer treated respectfully. A good experience on each visit.

Harriet did a wonderful haircut for my daughter and made her feel a million dollars by putting in some curls etc. Really good experience!

Unfortunately today's visit was not a good one. Timer wasn't set for my colour so ended up much darker than I have it with a block of colour instead of the gradual fade I usually have.
I will be back though.

Always like the cut and hair stylist but £17 for a child's hair cut is too steep!!!

A great visit , very friendly service .

My hair is the type that must make hairdressers wish they had chosen a different occupation. Long and very thick with stubborn grey regrowth. Nightmare! However Jess did an absolutely fantastic job, and I left the salon transformed. The coffee and maltesers were gratefully received too!

Genuinely really great, Jess got the colour I wanted perfectly and also offered a lot of advice. The difference from before and after was huge.

My first visit to the salon, very happy with my colour and cut. Bryony was my stylist she was very friendly made me feel welcome. She also gave me good advice about choosing my colour. Will be a regular at the salon.

I had a lovely morning at 24 in Princess Risborough. Keri did an amazing job at colouring and shaping at my long overdue appointment. You are made to feel special. Plenty of tea on offer with a cute little cake and a lovely massage chair while my.hair was washed. I was pleasantly surprised when it came to the till also. I'm really pleased with my new hair! ?

Freya was fantastic for my restyle. From long and lifeless hair to a choppy graduated bob with a fringe. She helped me
To be sure what I wanted and showed me how to blow dry it. Refreshments and a relaxing aromatic oil included in the experience. Fab u lous!

Freya is always very attentive to my concerns about my style and has always addressed them, leaving me confident in my hairdresser! Enough so that I would rather wait weeks until I can get an appointment with her! Nice cup of tea with the nice touch of added chocolate! Only constructive feedback is maybe worth adjusting timings to allow stylist a break between appointments as I have yet to have started on time and I would rather my stylist have had refreshment/break or/breather before starting my hair- which as we know is our crowing glory.

Having experienced other salons. I can recommend this 24hair as a well run, trustworthy & welcoming salon. The staff are well trained in hair care. They are kind & considerate to all ages of clients.

Today was my first visit to twentyfour and I can not recommend them enough. The salon was clean, warm and staff are very friendly. I had a consultation and colour with Freya and she was very professional and listened to what I wanted and gave me her advice and I couldn’t be more happier. Katy B cut my hair and again was very professional and helpful advising me what would look best as my hair is very thick and wave. Also the cappuccino, chocolates and massage chair was definitely a big plus. Looking forward to going back.

Such a delight to spend 2hours in the company of Kirstie. She is attentive to my style/colour thoughts, offering suggestions with a gentle manner. Particularly enjoyed Kirstie’s head massage, a special touch! Always pleased with her colouring and stying of my hair.
Very happy to rebook with Kirstie, and I think that says it all!
