I'm really unhappy with the result that is not the colour that I picked and I went for a soft red Auburn and I have walked out with neon red hair it looks hideous for my age.

Air conditioned, temp check, smiling welcome, comfortable seating, great attention and friendly, cappuccino and great result! One happy customer ?

From start to finish I knew I was in the best hands with Katie to make sure I got the look I wanted. Having not had my hair coloured or cut for quite some time, it was a huge difference and I’m so happy with it =)

Lovely welcome, felt very comfortable re Covid measure too. I was offered a drink & chocolate :) the hairdresser who wash & cut my hair was lovely and she did an amazing job. I nearly fell asleep while she was massaging my head, after a long day at work!

I was delighted withe way Lisa did my hair this week. She always does it as I want it and I will continue using her as my hairdresser. She is very competent.

This is my third trip to the salon and Akira is fantastic. Over the course of 3 appointments she has turned a previous disastrous cut into something to be proud of. This is the first salon I have used in a long time and I am unsure of how prices compare to others but for me, it is worth every penny!

Enjoyed my visit - no fuss, no delays, friendly reception and chat during cut, covid rules followed and a great cut to boot!

Akira has made a beautiful job of my hair, & I enjoyed my time in the salon. She really took her time to make sure I got the cut I really wanted, & I love it.

It is always a treat to have the few hours of quiet at 24 Hair. Lovely team, top head massage and great product advice as well as a chilled glass of Prosecco- what’s not to love! Can’t wait for my next chill time in 8 weeks - I’m only missing the magazines but that’s a covid thing!

Great experience, particularly enjoyed the head massage and glass of chilled Prosecco. Very happy when my haircut and highlights.

Kirstie is a fantastic stylist. She listens to what you want done to your hair and does exactly that. The team are so friendly and professional as well as following the strict C19 guidelines. The products they used to wash my hair smelt devine and I forgot to ask if I can purchase them. I will be asking when I go for my second visit next month. Highly recommend!

I had a splendid cut wash and blow dry from Katie and an added bonus of a of glass Prosecco as it was an evening appointment the refreshment was exceptionally satisfying after a long day at work . Having been a customer for several years the service provided at the salon has always been superb. Highly recommend.

Was great to have Katie doing my hair again. Very happy although hard to see highlights as evening appointment.
I’m more than happy to pay for a top stylist and she is but to have no light bulb in the toilet and your massage chair broken doesn’t reflect your prices sorry to say this as you’ve always been so accommodating within lockdown but I was shocked tonight when I rang to find out how log my appointment would be and was told 2 hours 45 minutes I said never before have I had that long of an appointment and could we cut it? To be told you will be charged for the cancellation!! So I went ahead with the appointment and Katie managed to get my hair done by 8.15 so happy days.
Just broken chair, light bulb and no extra night lighting was disappointing
