Absolutely love this salon and have been going for years. They are friendly, professional and have a lovely clean salon. However it’s the talented team which really make the difference and I’d especially like to shout out Akira who has made miracles happen with my hair colour! Akira is very approachable and highly qualified, an absolute credit to the salon and I’m so glad she has been recently promoted.

Clare at 24 Hair put in layers to my hair and it has transformed me. So happy!

I had my hair cut by Akire as always. The salon is lovely. The staff are polite and friendly. Akire is wonderful. She is a genius with my troublesome hair. The best salon I have been it and the best hairdresser.

Such a friendly team, very welcoming. It’s the little things like the tea and biscuit which was so lovely. Becky listened to what I wanted and did my hair so beautifully. I am so happy! Thankyou all!

This is one of the most positive salons I have ever been to. The staff are so welcoming and really put you at ease. They are so knowledgable about what suits your face shape/ skin tone and really work hard to make sure you come out looking really amazing. Going to TwentyFour is like therapy for my soul. I’ve been to Twenty Four a few times before and always been happy.
However, in December I was so upset and disappointed when my hair was messed up twice after asking for ash blonde balayage. The worst thing was when I spoke to the manager, I was accused of turning off the timer??! and that I seemed happy when I left. I was told I should go somewhere else as they can’t give me what I want.
I just wanted ash blonde balayage, I can’t see why this was so hard. I’ve had my hair coloured blonde for the last twenty years so know what can be done in my hair. The first time was yellow blonde far too high to the roots and after a revisit to make it more ashy, they put it back to my natural colour. I appreciate I didn’t complain when I left both times but it’s not until your home and in natural light with my hair styled curly that it’s clear it isn’t right.
They did give me a refund so I was unsure whether to share this review, but they need to realise they can’t treat genuine customers this way, accusing them of turning off timers?? awful service!!

Claire did my hair she was really friendly and provided me with great service. I have been using this salon for many years and will continue to do so due to always getting a great service.

A fantastic salon with a wonderful and experienced stylists. Akira is bubbly, full of useful advice on caring for tricky hair, and does brilliant job. We always leVe the salon feeling fantastic!

Perfect- Becca was very kind and did a fantastic job and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who did my shampoo but he was exactly the same too. Will absolutely be back!
