The lad that washed my hair was very good and made sure I was comfortable. Lisa who did my cut and blow dry was also very good. We chatted while she did my hair and had a few laughs along the way. Excellent.

I did not get the colour auburn
I asked for. I showed clear pics abs a senior stylist was asked and gave her guidance as well. The blond stripes I asked for are orange and my hair is burnt and breaking. I asked for a treatment abs Olaplex but was told there is not enough time to do this and I should come back another day for that.
Overall not happy with the results at all.

My stylists name is not on the list so the list needs updating! Lucie did a great job under very stressful ccircumstances as the salon was full and running behind time. Too many stylists and customers in too smaller space. Whilst at the salon,I tripped up the steps, leading to the waiting area. The owner was behind me and apart from asking me if I was O. K when I had the trip, she at no other time came to check on my wellbeing. My wrist was cut, bruised and swollen and I felt humiliated. I appreciate that the salon was busy, but surely my wellbeing should of come first? For the future, the owner should clearly mark the steps and have a sign making customers fully aware of their presence.

The atmosphere in the salon is great too. You can tell the staff all love working there and get on well x

Lisa always does a fantastic job of colouring my hair. Today she gave me a haircut, delighted.

My first visit and it was fantastic! Akira was absolutely brilliant, she really took the time to get to know what I wanted done, asking questions during the initial consultation and checking in with me throughout the cut. She was also really friendly and lovely to chat to. I left the salon feeling great and with a haircut I love. Thank you!
