My first visit to the salon after a friend recommended. Very pleased with my cut and colour by Werner.

I booked a cut and blow dry, and was told it was £57. I wanted my hair cut quite a few inches to below shoulder length but specifically asked that it didn't rest on the shoulders as it then flicks out, looking odd. I didn't want layers. The hairdresser said as it was thick hair, she could take some weight out of it too. When it was finished she had cut it exactly as I'd asked her not to, so it rests on the shoulders and flicks out. It looks awful, so I have to wear it up in a hairband, which it just fits in to, with a very short stumpy pony tail. Surely it's not that hard to cut it the length I've asked. On paying, she charged me £65. When I asked why it was more, she said because it was a restyle. Really?! It was a cut. So I'm not happy I had to pay that amount of money for a bad hair cut. Sadly I won't be coming back.

Charlotte was extremely helpfull with the change of hairstyle I wanted. Really happy with the style that I can manage. Charlotte was lovely as were the other stylists. Hot drinks offered, nothing was too much trouble. A lovely 1st experience, will definitely book future appointments at the salon.

I can't thank Katie enough for the incredible job she has done with my hair! After losing my hair over the past 2 years, I have been extremely conscious of how my hair looked. From the moment I met Katie she made me feel so welcome and at ease. My hair extensions are absolutely perfect and look fabulous!! They way she has fitted them, you wouldn't even know they are there!
