I’ve been going to this fsalon or a while now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Werner is always polite, professional, and incredibly kind. You can tell immediately that he knows exactly what he’s doing — his confidence and skill make the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I always leave the salon feeling happy with the result and well taken care of. Truly a top‑class professional.

Having had a disturbing dental appointment I called in asking if there were any appointments for today. The lovely receptionist told me she had one at 3pm (in 25 mins) she asked if I would like to wait and have a hot drink , however I returned and once again greeted with a genuine warm welcome and provided with a wonderful tray with a tray of tea
, teapot and matching mug together with some chocolates which I declined due to earlier dental appointment.
Morgan greeted me a smile and genuine interest in what I required together with her own thoughts and expertise.
A massage chair enhancing my hair wash was very welcome after an anxious dental visit.
Morgan was attentive , professional and personable leaving me with a wonderful hair cut and boosting my feel good factor.

I have real phobia of hairdressers, but Lucie really made me feel at ease. She is a natural star and made me feel very much at ease. I came away looking forward to making another appointment.

I like coming here because the atmosphere is vibrant and at the same time relaxing. The stylists who look after my hair, Werner and Lucy , are skilled and importantly listen to one’s ideas.

Great hair makeover today just ready for the spring . Lovely salon lovely atmosphere and great service . Love the hair style . I’ll be back for sure .

Have used 24 Sanctuary for many years now for my hair styling, very happy with results. The Salon is very professional but welcoming it’s the best in Princes Risborough without a doubt. Would 100% recommend.

Once again brilliant advice from Katie and this time it was for highlights which I haven’t had for a very long time, Katie helped me choose the best match for my base colour and the result was marvellous- just the right mix of sparkles and subtlety! Jemma gave me an incredible head massage and Werner helped check through the colours - all in all a great professional team, thank you!

This salon is great. All the staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome. The students are getting amazing training from their mentors and the more experienced staff are extremely helpful too. I'm always very pleased with the wash, cut and styling I receive. Well worth a visit.

I had a blow dry with Morgan today and I was delighted with it. Morgan understood my curly hair and used a small brush. She was very thorough with dealing with my hair hence it turned out very nice

My regular appointment with Akira who as soon as you walk through the door welcomes you with open arms. Akira takes time to check how you are and what you would like to do with your hair. My colour and cut is such a treat. Making me feel incredible.

Every time I come to 24 Lucie colours my hair. She is so good that other hair dressers I know compliment me over her work. She is also a joy to spend time with and I always love the end result. I highly recommend It .
