Excellent service Akira always knows how I want my hair

Akira is always attentive and really listens to how I expect my haircut to work for me. She offered a complimentary scalp massage which was so welcomed and offered an array of products to enhance my natural curl. Throughout the haircut she asked my opinion on length, texture and whether I was happy. I like my earrings to show, so she shaped it to achieve this. Akira is a great ambassador for the salon and community. I do find it pricey compared to other salons in the area, but I'm treated so well and always receive compliments about my haircut.

was truly amazed by their service. I initially planned to get full-head highlights and went in for a consultation. What really impressed me was that they took a strand of my hair and tested it first something I’ve never experienced at other salons. On the day of my appointment, I was running late for work, but they were incredibly considerate and had two people working on my hair to make sure I could still make it on time. I feel like most salons wouldn’t go the extra mile like that. The colour turned out perfect and suited my face beautifully. Before starting, they had a proper consultation with me where I showed exactly what I wanted, and they clearly explained what was achievable with my natural black hair. I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I feel so lucky to have found this salon. The product quality, the service, everything was outstanding. It was absolutely worth the price

Having had a disturbing dental appointment I called in asking if there were any appointments for today. The lovely receptionist told me she had one at 3pm (in 25 mins) she asked if I would like to wait and have a hot drink , however I returned and once again greeted with a genuine warm welcome and provided with a wonderful tray with a tray of tea
, teapot and matching mug together with some chocolates which I declined due to earlier dental appointment.
Morgan greeted me a smile and genuine interest in what I required together with her own thoughts and expertise.
A massage chair enhancing my hair wash was very welcome after an anxious dental visit.
Morgan was attentive , professional and personable leaving me with a wonderful hair cut and boosting my feel good factor.

A relaxing, enjoyable experience. Excellent customer service, bright clean and comfortable salon.

I have real phobia of hairdressers, but Lucie really made me feel at ease. She is a natural star and made me feel very much at ease. I came away looking forward to making another appointment.

I like coming here because the atmosphere is vibrant and at the same time relaxing. The stylists who look after my hair, Werner and Lucy , are skilled and importantly listen to one’s ideas.

Great hair makeover today just ready for the spring . Lovely salon lovely atmosphere and great service . Love the hair style . I’ll be back for sure .

Have used 24 Sanctuary for many years now for my hair styling, very happy with results. The Salon is very professional but welcoming it’s the best in Princes Risborough without a doubt. Would 100% recommend.
