Kirstie had noted that it is my birthday in a few days and I was treated to a head massage and treatment, with hand massage too. Kirstie was very attentive to my thoughts re colour, and spent time discussing and applying with care. Kirstie equally discussed my cut and did that expertly.
Gemma did my wash and massage, chatting happily, and it’s lovely to see her developing confidence.
Whilst having my wash it was lovely of Harriet to notice me, she came across and chatted. Lovely to see her back working in such a friendly and caring salon.

Akira is a truly gifted stylist. She always works her magic and since becoming a regular she has transformed my hair. I now have it coloured and cut with Akira who instantly puts you at ease. I feel amazing!

Granddog Alfie & I were welcomed to the busy salon. Efficient, service meant we were ready when our lift arrived. Perfect timing & glorious hair.

Katie was lovely and really understood what I was after for my colour. She was able to match the colour I wanted and applied it so there’s lots of dimension, blended the greys and ensured it was low maintenance. I would highly recommend her and will be back.

I called in on the off chance to see if somebody could quickly braid my hair the salon was super busy as it was a Friday but Jemma who is a trainee was free to do it. She did a really great job, and was very nice to meet.

Just had my hair cut and styled at TwentyFour and had a fantastic experience. Gemma was very friendly and welcoming and washed, cut and finished my hair beautifully. The products she used left my hair feeling and looking soft and silky. I was hugely impressed with the experience.

Absolutely outrageous price for my son’s haircut who is only 6 years old. Didn’t check the site beforehand but would have never expected to pay £40. This is a crazy price for a child’s cut.
