I visited Twentyfour Hair yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The salon is bright, airy, modern and extremely clean, with really high standards throughout. I instantly felt welcome by the staff who were really friendly. I was offered a drink, a latte and chocolates presented beautifully on a tray.

The head massage and treatments were lovely, leaving my hair feeling soft and smelling amazing. Harriet was so lovely and did a brilliant job. She explained everything on my colour, cut and styling.

Came in with quite a wild request to have about 7 inches of hair cut off and my natural curls treated properly for a change. He perfectly nailed the sample photo that I gave him and worked with my hair texture to get exactly the shape I wanted, and was patient when I asked for a slight change at the end. Could not be happier and I would not trust anyone else with such a dramatic style change.

Werner arranged my hair for a special occasion taking place this evening. As always, courteous and friendly,, and I was delighted with the result.

Morgan spent time asking what I wanted from a hair cut. From gently washing my hair to a very relaxing head massage. Morgan cut my hair so well and I could not have asked for a better blow dry. Morgan is conscientious, hard working, listens well and does the best she can. Thank you Morgan.

Werner and Gemma always make my visit to the Salon memorable. Great hair care and cut, the best in the area by miles! Now the added upgrade to the Salon makes it even more a pleasure, particularly with the great touch of Prosecco and a charcuterie board!

My regular appointment with Akira which i always look forward to she is friendly, professional and makes me feel amazing. First visit since the salon refurbishment. Very comfy seating and space. First time with the new colours Akira had detailed knowledge and explained it thoroughly. My hair looks amazing and so soft. The colour and condition is super.

Friendly, lovely atmosphere, helpful staff who try their hardest to please their customers: I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Myself and daughter both had hair cuts receiving thoughtful and caring service listening to our requests and giving advise . My daughter dislikes her hair being done even though she was brought up with her Nan being a hairdresser and would rather go to the dentist ! This is due to her autism/adhd so to find an environment she is comfortable in is a great start.

From the moment you step into the salon you are looked after beautifully. The service is top quality, everyone is friendly and helpful from the trainees to stylists. Akeira is thoughtful, kind and patient. Taking time to understand what you want even when you’re not entirely sure yourself! She has transformed my hair and I am very grateful.

I was impressed at the time and trouble taken by Werner to discuss what I wanted, and take me carefully through the colour charts. The general feel of the salon is of friendliness and good service.

5 star service from start to finish! Very happy again with my cut and colour, Katie was always meticulous and the bob cut was just how I liked it. Morgan did a fantastic hair wash as well, you’d know the difference when the back of your neck was washed thoroughly, and the head massage was just excellent!

Colour process needed two visits. Was not explained clearly. But I am pleased with the results.
