Very pleased as always

Myself and daughter both had hair cuts receiving thoughtful and caring service listening to our requests and giving advise . My daughter dislikes her hair being done even though she was brought up with her Nan being a hairdresser and would rather go to the dentist ! This is due to her autism/adhd so to find an environment she is comfortable in is a great start.

From the moment you step into the salon you are looked after beautifully. The service is top quality, everyone is friendly and helpful from the trainees to stylists. Akeira is thoughtful, kind and patient. Taking time to understand what you want even when you’re not entirely sure yourself! She has transformed my hair and I am very grateful.

I was impressed at the time and trouble taken by Werner to discuss what I wanted, and take me carefully through the colour charts. The general feel of the salon is of friendliness and good service.

Excellent job as always

5 star service from start to finish! Very happy again with my cut and colour, Katie was always meticulous and the bob cut was just how I liked it. Morgan did a fantastic hair wash as well, you’d know the difference when the back of your neck was washed thoroughly, and the head massage was just excellent!

Colour process needed two visits. Was not explained clearly. But I am pleased with the results.

I had my cut done by Werner who was delightful professional and excellent as ever.

Had my appointment with Lucie for a cut and colour. Had a slight change of style and I am so happy with my new look! Lucie made a suggestion, showed me what it could look like, made sure I was happy and made the change!! Lovely friendly atmosphere, with great staff.

As always an excellent service from Kellen today, she knows me and my hair requirements well, and always undertakes a fabulous hair cut and colour for me. Each time greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere!

Apart from getting very wet the cut was good

Even after using hairdressers in Sydney during my stay in Australia none of them come anywhere near as good as Werner.

Super haircut.

My usual stylist Werner was on holiday and I needed a cut desperately before my holiday., so the salon kindly managed to fit me in with Akira. Well what can I say... Not only did Akira give me a beautiful haircut, she was extremely knowledgeable about hair and colour. She was so lovely to talk to and super friendly:) . Thank you Akira and the salon for a great experience once again.

I went to get balayage done and to help neutralise my very old grown out green box dye! I loved the result! Lucie was lovely, welcoming, friendly and chatty throughout the appointment too!

As usual an amazing service. Had parting foils from clare. Never dissapoints.

For the first time in my long life, a hairdresser listened to what I wanted and hoped for, and then acted on it with knobs on. I have been so used to being disappointed with the outcome of a cut that when I saw the result I was so overcome that I was tearfull, and I never cry !!!! The whole experience was amazing. Jemma Looked after me extremely well. The hair wash alone was so relaxing. Jemma, a trainee was in my opinion very professional. She talked me through what I wanted to have done and checked if I was happy for her to use products each time she needed to. She checked I was happy with the length. She got me some water and an added chocolate treat! I was extremely satisfied with my hair cut and came away feeling a million dollars. We also had a good chat. I’ve already booked for her to do my hair again. Thank you for pampering me and making me feel wonderful😊

This was my third visit to TwentyFour and it was equally pleasant, professional and rewarding as the previous two.
The whole process is friendly but professional, with a staff roster who compliment and support each other in all the hair care activities undertaken.

I'm very unsure about having my haircut but have been going to Twenty Four for a while now and have the students cut my hair. They are all lovely and I have never had a bad cut. Would highly recommend
