Lovely, professional, incredibly helpful - and an amazing colourist! She bent over backwards to fit me in when in desperate need! Would recommend her to anyone!

The team at Toni & Guy MK are always super friendly, helpful and welcoming. My hair always looks amazing after my appointment, and Chanel and Hannah do an awesome job! They both give brilliant advice and are honest about whether something will suit you or if your hair will hold a style - I trust them

I have been going to MK Toni & Guys for many years. I started with a trainee and have followed her through her career, she is now a style director ( of course she is now alot more expensive) but totally worth it!!! I have always been treated with the upmost respect on every visit, even if it’s not with my particular stylist I wanted, but guessing that’s because she’s busy which is obvious. I have recently taken my mum for a complete restyle, she was so thrilled, I would recommend as always, keep up the great work.
One criticism is ... the bonus scheme needs more recognition

Always friendly & excellent service, from the greeting, to the scalp massage to the coffee to the cut .
Michelle has been cutting my hair for a few years & I always get compliments after.

I’ve been coming to Toni & Guy for about 15 years .. and I’ve always had an excellent and professional service .. the staff are exceptionally friendly n make you feel welcome, comfortable and at ease.

I look forward to every Friday! From start to finish nothing nicer than having your hair done washed massaged an then blow dryed it’s an all round relaxing experience as I said one I look forward to every Friday an of course Hannah my Beautiful daughter-in-law who does my hair to perfection as Hannah has done my hair for years an knows only to well how I like it! ????

Great Service and my stylist is superb.

Excellent colourist (channelle) and fabulous stylist (Hannah). Both very friendly and obliging. Trainee hair washer very nice too and did a good scalp massage. Hannah is excellent at cutting my hair and always makes it look just as I want. Takes her time to get it just right! I won’t have it cut by anyone else!

I Honestly can not say enough about experience at this salon. Everytime Chanel has done a fantastic job.

Although Jasmine was not well she insisted on doing my colour fantastic service

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Had a double booking with a friend, we were seated together and had a lovely time.

One of my best experiences at the salon. Neither of my usual stylists available so opted for Joe. Could not have been more pleased. He listened and I am delighted with my haircut. He is also a lovely friendly fella and I will definitely be asking for him again. The only criticism I have is that one member of staff appeared to be telling off one of the girls because the tissue box was empty and I personally don’t think that’s very professional and I felt a little sorry for her!

Toni and Guy at Milton Keynes is such a friendly place. The staff are polite and make the clients feel great. I love going there. They’re also great hairdressers.

Been going to T&G for more than 10 years. Told ***** I was going out and wanted curls and volume. I have long naturally curly slightly frizzy hair. I asked him to layer my hair and cut two inches off. He cut too much off He loaded up my hair with too much product. Then blow dried it curly but flat to my head - I looked like a goat for my best friends wedding - totally ruined my look. Thought I could sort it when I got home but there was so much product in my hair I couldn’t do anything with it. Never again.

I always have a great experience at Toni & Guy at MK Centre. Hannah is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and this is the longest I have ever kept a hairstyle because she is just good at what she does. The staff all know me by name now and are ever so friendly. They really know how to treat clients. I’ve also had great experiences with students handling my colour. I would recommend T&G salons to anyone. Very happy customer!

I have had my hair cut several times and very happy with the service I receive. Chris who works the desk deserves a special mention as he is a pleasure to talk to and makes me feel valued as a customer. Brilliant place and very accommodating!

Hannah K is an amazing stylist and always gets me the look I think looks great. Everyone is very friendly and great at what they do. I have been coming here for the last 5 years without a single concern. I am always very happy with the service and styling.

I booked in for a full head colour unfortunately it didn't turn out quite like I had hoped my hair was overly bleached and basically white in patches all over ... other parts looked yellow. It needed a toner for sure but that aside, it wasn't actually anywhere near the look I wanted in the first place, what can you do now right?! Well I knew at this point I was going to be stuck with it to some extent because there's not a great deal that can be done once the hair is bleached white. In any case i phoned the salon who organised to book me in with their technical director to take a look and fix me up as best as possible. I was told the appointment included enough time to do a t-section of foils to break up the bleach if needed on consultation. I'm a pretty understanding person, things go wrong, it happens, but it was especially disappointing that the appointment they offered me to fix my hair was 10 days away.... meaning I had horrible hair for my birthday weekend. As long as I get it sorted next week I thought. When I got annoyed about the situation was when the salon phoned me the day before my 'fix-it' appointment to tell me there wouldnt be enough time to do any foils during that appointment and that it would only be a toner. I would have to come back another time for the foils. So I'm not being funny but after paying good money at what I thought was a decent salon only to have my hair ruined I've then been stuck like that for 10 days and they're telling me they don't have time for me?! From my perspective I don't think it's very good service at all. You should be prioritised if things go wrong and if an appointment is made 10 days off it should absolutely be kept!! I discussed having enough time at length because when my hair went wrong the first time my appointment was rushed at the end as they were closing hence the stylist not sorting it there and then.

I only visited twice last year and i still haven’t found anyone as good as toni and guy MK. I saw Joe and Sasha on seperate occasions and they both impressed me with their cutting techniques for stylist/seniorstylist levels, not once did i feel rushed or like an inconvenience, needless to say i’d be back instantly if i was in the uk.

I went in today to have a full set of highlights followed by a blow dry. Ashley the receptionist is super efficient in a very lovely way. Abi did the highlights very professionally with precise detail and Charlene took such care in giving me a fabulous blow dry. Needless to say I will be back,thank you ladies x
