Vanessa is so professional and creative. She has done an amazing job on my cut and colours and really made me feel confident

I am a regular at the salon and always feel welcome and looked after. I have always walked out of the salon feeling great and appreciate the time taken to know my needs . It's really accessible with public parking and transport links just around the corner.

Attention to detail and interest in my views as usual from Lacey. A great girl.

Hayden cuts my hair very well and he knows how to handle my hair and he knows what to do with it.

After looking online at the stylists and asking who would be best for a ‘hair up’ I decided on a stylist.
I arrived at the salon with my friend who had booked a ‘curly blow dry’
I explained what it was I wanted.
And the stylist set to work.
They suggested a few ideas and I went
With it. I had a curly blow dry the day before, but had obviously slept in my hair so it wasn’t as curly, stylist added some curls. Great.
It took around half an hour, we tweaked it a little, and over all I was happy with it although not quite like what I’d shown in a picture it was still nice.

When I came to pay I was charged nearly £60.
It states online prices from £27.50 then you chose the stylist (£37.50)
So I was a little taken back by paying almost double for an ok hair up that only took half an hour.

This wasn’t wedding hair up, and wasn’t overly complicated so I was quite disappointed at not only the price, but lack
Of explanation of the price that was charged.

This is my 3rd visit to Hayden. In that time my hair has changed colour and length! I have wanted to have extensions for years - but not had the confidence to take the plunge. Big thank you to Hayden to giving me that confidence to proceed. I am so pleased with the result and won’t be visiting any other hairdresser due to his expertise & great sense of humour!

I have had James for the past 6 months or so and he has always listened to what I want and given advice as a professional however this Saturday he literally knocked 10 years of me when when doing a full balayage and lightening my roots after being a darker shade over winter. I was so pleased when it was dried and styled and made me practically waltz out of the doors!! Always a warm welcome and James goes out of his way to give the best results.

What an absolute gem of a place. From very first point of contact to the very end of our visit, each and every member of staff was not only attentive & kind, Fay made my Daughter Ruby feel and look like an absolute princess. Great salon, honestly the best I have ever been to. I had seen a few members of staff and all have been amazing. I See Andrew regularly and he is excellent, he always makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cares about the service he provides.

I live in London but travel to this amazing salon because I just love everything about it. The atmosphere, the stylists, the welcome, the service and the fact you walk in drab and come out fab ! Either Andrew or Vanessa but to be honest everyone does a fantastic job from what I’ve seen.

Went to Vanessa for the first time to go from very dull grown out highlights to a sparkling and luscious blonde. Just love the result - exactly what I wanted, she listened carefully and executed perfectly. Definitely recommend!
