The House of Hair - Milton Keynes

Today was my first appoint at the salon and wasn't disappointed!!
Great atmosphere & salon looks lovely.
Friendly greeting at desk, advised that stylist would be with me & was offord refreshments.
Marius was my stylist, he is a great guy who cuts hair beautifully, I'm very impressed and will definitely be making a second appointment.

I forgot her name she's a senior. I has requested for my hair to be washed and straightened. However she just blow dried my hair and ser it not using the straightener. I asked her when she finished was she not using the iron to straighten. She mentioned she didn't understand me and said she could do it again. I asked if there would be charged for it separately and she said yes. So I refused it. It was her mistake for not doing it right.

She is very nice friendly . Her job was perfect👌👌👌❤️❤️❤️

Fist time visiting House of Hair and really happy with the service and results. All the staff are friendly. Marius done a great job with my hair and was nice to chat to. Look forward to coming back and would highly recommend

I was recommended House of Hair originally by a friend and also a family member. I have now been to House of Hair MK for a couple of years and it is always great. All staff are friendly and helpful. The stylist I always see is Lacey; she is very talented, friendly and helpful. I tell her what I would like or ask her opinion and she always knows what to do and also what would work best with my hair. I always come away feeling pleased and very happy. I always get lots of nice compliments about my hair too.

Hayden was really lovely, and welcoming.

Mario was amazing. My scalp has never safely so clean, my hair has never been sillier or softer and o now have some body and lift at the root.
Mario also did a great job of toning my hair to give it a complete refresh.

I had an appointment with Ella at House of Hair Salon at 9:10 AM. I was running a little late, but as soon as I arrived, I met Ella and immediately felt very comfortable with her. She was warm and welcoming. Ella informed me that since I was late, there might be a delay in getting my highlights done, as Ella also had other clients scheduled.
When I entered the salon, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was. They offered me water and tea right away, and I chose to have tea. I really appreciated that, they made me feel so comfortable. Not many salons go out of their way to offer tea or refreshments, but they did, and that really stood out to me.
The best part was how nicely Ella treated my hair. She was very gentle and professional, and styled my hair beautifully. What made it even better was that her colleagues, a young man and a young woman, also came over to help. Their teamwork and attitude were amazing, and I was truly impressed.
Honestly, I’m extremely happy with your services. I will definitely recommend your salon to others, and I will personally keep coming back for all my future needs. Please keep me informed about any special offers or deals, you’ve earned a loyal customer!

As usual I’m so happy with the cut and finish James did for me, my hair feels and looks great.

Needed a little colour correction, toner, conditioning treatment and cut. I met with Jelena who was very professional and friendly and gave me advice on the best option in correcting my brassy highlights that I had done elsewhere which had left my hair so dry. She worked her magic and also recommended K18 follow up treatment which I can do from home. My hair looks and feels amazing already. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Had jenny do my hair as usual and she was very polite and offered me a drink and made me feel welcome, it's always a pleasure to be able to sit and relax.

I am very fussy about who does my hair due to previous bad experiences. After looking at the website, instagram page and reviews I booked a consultation with Jelena for a colour change and restyle.
She looked at the photos I had brought and offered her advice from experience as well as discussing my preferences and showed me photos of her work similar to my idea. Based on this, I was happy to book an appointment and even at this stage Jelena pre warned me of the costs and the time it would take to ensure I was happy to still proceed.
I am extremely happy with the result and she captured my idea precisely. She also advised me on products I should be using as I have very dry hair due to years of colouring and styling but without pushing to purchase things from the salon. She also gave an honest timeline of how often I should maintain my look.
I strongly recommend using this salon and especially Jelena’s talents.

So delighted! A different salon caused my hair to snap and the colour was not as I hoped it to be natural looking. Now thanks to Jelena my hair has never looked so good. Beautiful colours with a root tap, smashing hair cut. Jelena is a superb expert at the top of her field.
