I went in to have my hair coloured, I paid around £200 as I had been booked in to see an experienced stylist who I believe is also the manager of the store. My hair had been done extremely poorly and large strips of hair had been left uncoloured. I had gone back in to have if fixed, however during my appointment I was being seen in between another clients appointment meaning I was left to wait for long periods of times. It was very rushed and did not seem as though they really cared to help fix my hair. I have since then had to go else where I have had my hair fixed.

My first time in your Salon, I was passing & popped in to see if I could get an appointment, I was greeted by Lee he was very friendly & said he could fit me in
I had a wash cut & blow dry.
I am absolutely delighted with my cut & blow dry.
Lee is a great stylist & very friendly. I have booked my next appointment with Lee for the 6th of February.

I have done my hair colour first time. Lovely Lady. I spent 2 hours but it's gone like 20 minutes.

Unbelievably shocking. Started 1030 and finished around half last 4 for hair cut and colour. No brush to clean my cloths resulting my overcoat being dirty now. Over 6 hours sitting without food and water and got 1 cup after requesting repeatedly as there were no glasses available. How could you do it to a customer. Never coming back.

The first hair cut I received from Roxana was so good I emailed your head office! They responded to say that the praise would be passed on. I returned for my second appointment today with her and asked if she received the good feedback and she hadn’t. As a Retail Manager this is so disappointing, good feedback should absolutely be fed back, she is an asset to your business, I have always gone to top salons and this is the best haircut I have had. Roxana is methodical, takes a huge amount of pride in her work and very pleasant.
Please pass on praise and appreciated your colleagues.
I again will be returning to see Roxana , I would follow her whatever salon she is in.

Lee has been cutting and colouring my hair for many years. He is superb at his job and very pleasant and kind to boot. I’d thoroughly recommend him. It’s worth the money.

I hadn’t had my hair looked at by a hairdresser since pre lockdown, so I tried here, phoned up and the stylist was brilliant, I feel like my old self! Very modern salon but also attentive. Highly recommended I will definitely be using again.
