Regis Salon - Milton Keynes

I had very long hair and my priority was to take the cut hair home. I should have walked out when the manageress told the stylist not to cut it too close to my head. I had to ask for it to be washed before cutting. I came away with a damp plait shorter than it could have been and undid it when I got home so it could dry out without getting smelly, hairdryer and product had been used which I never do to my hair. I felt very distressed and not listened to.

I had the best hair colour chosen by Stefania and BEST EVER. I could feel it down into my feet ? It was lovely.

She is very good in her job and very friendly behaviour. During the past three years every time I needed a haircut, she did the best for me.

Lovely visit. Lots of advice about how to get the best cut for my thinning hair. I took the plunge and had about 4” cut off.
My hair is amazing and I wish I had done it sooner.

Stefania has been doing my hair for three years now. I have thick, black Indian hair and have been through several salons and bad experiences in the past each time I tried to get highlights. Ever since I found stefania, it’s been such a great experience. She listens, works with my hair while caring for it too, I would highly recommend her but not too much- because then she won’t have time for me!!

It was the first time at Regis and I was really impressed by Sonila! She was extremely friendly, professional and overall a very experienced hairdresser. I am extremely pleased to have finally found someone who can cut/style my hair exactly how I want.

Recently moved to Milton Keynes and this was my first visit to this salon and I will definitely be returning. Stefania was incredible and gave me such a beautiful wash, cut and style! Couldn’t recommend this place more and cannot wait to return for a colour this week!

I'm growing out my grey roots ready for my wedding next year, and so was looking to get my old black hair dye blended in with the top. Marinela did a fantastic job putting dark highlights through my roots so that the colour merges far more naturally. I'm really happy with the result and all ready for the wedding next year! Always the best time with henna. She knows how to do my hair just right, got a balayage again and I always come back to her. Don’t trust anyone else with my hair one off the best stylists.

Stefania gave me a great haircut just before x’mas - she understood what I wanted despite me being unable to show her the picture of the cut I wanted (no internet/data signal in the salon).
It was a lovely cut and she took great care with the Shinefinity treatment which gave a subtle gloss and tint.
I would thoroughly recommend Stefania, she strikes a good balance between professionalism and friendliness and is a great hairstylist.

However I do have issues with the way the salon is managed in general - every time I have been in over the past 3 years I have had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes (past my appointment time).
I think this is partly due to the lack of a receptionist and poor communication between stylists about customers waiting for appointments.
It is also annoying when after already starting late your stylist nips out of your appointment to answer the phone or see to someone at the front desk, takes a good few minutes and then rushes the rest of your appointment (this did not happen with Stefania, although my appointment did start late down to a lack of communication that I had arrived for my appointment with her).
This is my main complaint about Regis MK, although most of the stylists are very good the overall service feels lacking and can give the impression that your time is not valued and that you are not a valued customer.

As always Stefania is lovely .Loved the way my hair was styled .Not to forget the Prosecco that was served on Xmas eve :)

Cut just the way I wanted.. Will definitely be returning to Stefania for future hair cuts, a lovely lady with lots of talent

They left me with wet hair twice for 30 mins even after requesting

I arrived two hours early due to a diary error but very pleased that Stefania managed to squeeze me in anyway.

I loved my new colour and the shine on it.
I felt much better after that. I like the massage when I’m having it washed.
