Having had to change salons because my previous stylist went on maternity leave and then moved locations, I was concerned because my hair (South East Asian - so thick and difficult to colour) has a very complex "two tone" style. Having now been with Madi for a few months - she has proved herself to be excellent at not only getting the colour absoutely perfect, but the cut and styling is always excellent, and my hair is in great condition - despite my constant use of bleach. Madi understands the products being used, she also understands how my hair responds, and is unafraid when it comes to cutting it (it is very stubborn!) and I always leave the salon looking and feeling fantastic. This was my first time having my hair cut in a salon and I was very anxious about it. I was going for a big chop, Chloe was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. She listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to talk me through what else she would do to suit the hairstyle better to me. As always, I found the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. Christina is a very competent stylist but also listens to what I want my hair to look like. I felt the price is a little high considering I have little hair to look after (!), but I would not go anywhere else.

Great haircut, was a bit skeptical as was initially booked with a more senior staff but was then moved to the most junior staff- Madi. Madi did a fantastic job, she gave suggestions and discussed with me before going ahead with the cut.

This lady is an artistic magician…. Every time I leave the salon, I have an amazing new look! Even though I suffered from alopecia and have been left with fine hair which is in a short pixie style cut…. Emily never ceases to amaze me by still managing to ‘switch’ my look up!!
