The stylist was polite, friendly and professional.

As usual a lovely friendly hairdresser I think her name is Emma. She does a lovely job. I do feel it is rather overpriced however

As always the salon staff were brilliant. PPE was worn by all members of staff and clients were asked to wear masks. I felt totally safe although I did miss my head massage and chair massage ?

Can't believe I've just paid to have my hair butchered, it's a mess, my kids could have given me a better haircut. Maybe the lady cutting my hair couldn't see though the face shield she was wearing?? Just booked an appointment with another salon to get my hair fixed.

I’ve been visiting Arcana Salon for years and this was another great visit!! The Salon is very well organised and safe and I love my haircut. Highly recommend them.

Excellent smooth blowdry, I was very happy.

Haven't been for years but struggling to find a hairdresser that I trust, so returned in the hope that I would.
Jade was amazing.. Great consultation and made me feel incredibly safe in her hands. Salon was set up for social. Distancing too
Only had a cut this time but have booked back in for a colour in 4 weeks

I really appreciate that she took the time to look at my hair/ listen to me and make recommendations based on my hair (and not what she fancied doing today). Helen was really friendly. I’m always made to feel welcome on arrival by Jane and red carpet ready when my visit is complete. Time with Jane is well spent and an absolute pleasure to watch her transform my unruly mop into something sleek and stylish every time! Jane’s magic touch has given me a little extra sparkle and confidence and she’s definitely my fairy godmother of stylists!

Sophie always does a superb job with your nails. Receptionist is also amazing.

I came to see Jade for my usual 6 week cut & blow dry but fancied a slight change. After a quick chat about how I could achieve my new look I was at the backwash enjoying a back massage and head massage whilst having hair washed. Then back to Jade for a trim, tidy up and catch up. I was very pleased with the result and have had positive comments already! Thank you Jade ?

I had aLovely experience Today With Leah a full body massage and a facial and I brow wax and tint made me very relaxed

Fabulous

Booked a last minute massage and facial (2 hours before) and was really happy with it. My skin is glowing again and I feel much more relaxed. Very friendly staff and I’ll certainly be back again!

No beauty therapist has been able to satisfy Ella (22yrs) with good end result eyebrow waxing - Well Annie has so much so that we have returned for a second treatment yesterday and they look super.

This is a great salon with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Emma who was super professional but also chatty. My colour took longer than expected but Emma continued to take care and attention and did not make me feel like I had put her out in any way or that she was in a rush to get it done despite her staying an hour after her shift had ended! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!

No hair wash even though when I booked I requested my hair be washed first and was told it was included in the cost as it is every time I get my hair cut here. My hair is extremely frizzy/curly yet was cut dry, never had this before, no products used on my hair, left the salon with very big, frizzy hair feeling horrible, didn’t help that the I was asked to go draw cash to pay after waiting 10 minutes for the card machine to connect, asked for a receipt to be told they couldn’t give me one. Not offered a tea/coffee at anytime. Came home upset and had to wash my hair to be able to tame the frizzy and put serum in!
