Arcana Salon - Hair & Barbering

I have been using Arcana for so many years now I lost count. I find all of the girls super friendly and welcoming, to all clients. I have always personally had great service from all the ladies for all the treatments I have had, including hair and beauty.
I always seem to walk in feeling weathered and dull, but leave feeling fabulous. That's a promise!

My family have been attending arcana for as long as I can remember, minus my dad as his hair went a while ago!

All the staff are always smiling and the conversation is always flowing.
I just go for a men's barbers which always delivers great results. My mum and sister go in for the professional cuts and they always come back with great things to say.

I've been getting my hair and beauty treatments done at Arcana for nearly 3 years now and I've honestly never once had cause for complaint. Usually by this stage I've had a bad experience and moved salon as I've just not been happy to return - not the case with this team. There is never a concern of seeing a stylist or beautician with a lower qualification purely because they're all fantastic at what they do. They make me feel like a valued client, always remember me and always give me a reason to go back.

I have been going to Arcana since it opened. The staff are all highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly and I wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else. I look forward to my visits as it's like meeting up with friends as soon as you enter the salon. You always get a warm friendly greeting no matter how busy the salon is and the service can't be beaten. If I ever have to move far away they will all have to come with me :-)

Always have my gels done at Arcana - addicted to them now! They do a fab job, last for weeks! Even if I need an appointment at the last min (which is quite often!), they will always manage to fit me in. Would recommend to anyone - and have done with a few friends! ;)

i have been going to arcana for years as the services they provide are just brilliant! They did my hair and make up for my wedding and it was perfect! My husband loves coming to arcana for a massage and my daughter will only come here for her hair x the staff are always friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable too x

I love visiting the salon, I love the loyalty points scheme & I'm a member of the VIP club which rewards me for being a loyal customer too! The girls are all really friendly & professional & my 11 yr old boy loves the barber service too. I have also used the beauty services & there fab value!

After having many different hairdressers I found Arcana who are always friendly, accommodating and considerate. I have used not only the hairdressing but the beauty team also, who follow the same great professionalism as the rest of the team. The Arcana team know how to make you feel special!

Arcana is one of the friendliest salons you will find. The prices are very reasonable and service is excellent. Both hair and beauty services are brilliant. Always some sort of offer available and loyalty is recognised and rewarded - 100 club etc highly recommended!

I have been using aracan salon for many years after a recommendation from my sister as they did the hair and make up for her wedding. I am very fussy with my hair and have always trusted arcana to get it right. They are full of advice and were also the lucky ones chosen to cut our little girls hair for the first time. I have also had many spa days and beauty treatments. Debbie always goes out of her way to accommodate all sorts and the prices are very reasonable. I have recommended so many of my friends to arcana and been rewarded for doing so with money off vouchers. A super salon with great staff and a very welcoming atmosphere x

I have been a customer of arcana for many years. I first used them when my hairdresser let me down on the day of my mum and dad renewing their wedding vows after 25 years. I rang around several salons but they couldnt fit me in for a simple style i wanted. Luckily i rand arcana salon and although they were fully booked they said they couldnt let me go to the wedding not looking how i wanted to look. I went straight to the salon and was seen to within minutes. Done within 15mins and fantastic customer service hence why i have used them ever since!!

I have been coming to Arcana since I booked them in 2007 to meet all my wedding hair and beauty needs and since then I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else - the staff are always polite and friendly and I have always left feeling 100% satisfied regardless of how vague I am when I try and explain what I want from my hair appointment! :)

I have been a customer at Arcana for over a decade now. I started when I was a teenager, even had my prom prep there, have attended spa days (bought as gifts) and will not go anywhere else for my beauty or hair treatments. The staff are extremely friendly and experienced, the atmosphere is great and I am always made to feel welcome which is quite rare in this day and age. This is the only salon I know that really takes their customer recognition scheme seriously. The little things also count, massage chairs and head massages at the hair washing stage and hot chocolate mean a lot to me :)

I don't drive and I live over the other side of town to Arcana, I could make it so much cheaper and easier on myself by attending a salon close by but i am prepared to travel for the great service.

Every time I visit or call the salon, I'm met with very friendly helpful staff. The go out of their way to five you a lovely salon experience. I always leave feeling fabulous.Thank you arcana team.

i have been using both hair and beauty teams at Arcana for a few years now. Not only are all the staff lovely and friendly they maintain their professionalism time after time whether just having my nails painted or have a complete change of hair colour and style. I have yet to find anywhere that delivers such consistently good service time after time.

Arcana is a great salon! Amazing staff who make you feel comfortable and relaxed while getting your hair done or nails done.
Sarah is amazing, the best hairdresser I've ever had. I struggle to explain what im after and she knows what I'm after each time. I've been to many hairdresses and will be a customer for life here. Would recommend 100% x
