Well today was absolutely amazing .
Hannah and I had a consultation earlier this week where we discussed what I wanted and we had agreed colours and look.
Today it was perfectly executed with the most fantastic experience from Hannah. Colouring was brilliantly done with foils and a base colour that has given me a glow followed by a long luxurious shampoo, conditioning and a head massage, massage chair whilst awaiting toner to set in and then blow dry to die for with thinning out my hugely thick mop of hair .
I am now according to my partner fabulous and gorgeous (rather delighted with that at 57!) wedding and Rome holiday ready.
Hannah you are such a joy to have working on my hair and your skill and patience with my incessant chatting made the appointment go by rather more quickly than it actually was.

My hair was a mess. I can't quite explain what a difference my hair cut made. The best cut in many years. So happy.

Amy cut my daughter’s hair today and it looks amazing. She cut some layers which my daughter has never had before and she loves it.

Amy was great and did a really good job of the roots dye and then a great blow dry

Unfortunately there was no hairdresser to do my hair so just had a treatment.
And walked out with wet hair.
Place is clean. Staff was very helpful 👌🏼

Visited today 15.0.7.25, I have been transformed from having a brassy blonde hair style to a sophisticated caramel colour with ice white blonde highlights. Mandy is so talented and has a wonderful ability to restore your hair to be your crowning glory. So happy with my new hairstyle when I left today. Will definitely be a returning regular customer. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round

This was my first time at Arcana I'm always quite anxious when I get my hair done especially in new places, this Salon made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped in very professional, Myself and my daughter had Amanda do our hair and we couldn't fault her, she checked in with us every step of the haircut to make sure we were happy. We are both extremely happy with the end result, Highly recommend and will return.

I visited the salon for the first time and am thrilled with my new haircut. Helen is a brilliant cutter and confidently transformed my long hair into a gorgeous style -genuinely one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Thank you so much.

I have been to Arcana twice now and both times I have been thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff did not make me feel welcomed at all and the hairdresser was extremely rough while trimming my hair. Also while washing my hair, she was so aggressive and it was the most uncomfortable experience I've had. When drying my hair, she was very careless and kept hitting the wire of the hair dryer into my face.
My mum and sister have been once before and found the same issues.
We will not be going here again.

I’ve been going to this salon for a while now. It’s a lovely friendly place to unwind & be pampered. Staff are super friendly & very courteous. The anxiety that people have faced during COVID I’m sure has had an impact in customers visiting salons but actually I find they’ve set it up perfectly & it really doesn’t feel any different to how it was pre Covid. The girls all do a good job at making you feel welcome. I have hair & beauty done here.

As always the salon staff were brilliant. PPE was worn by all members of staff and clients were asked to wear masks. I felt totally safe although I did miss my head massage and chair massage ?

Can't believe I've just paid to have my hair butchered, it's a mess, my kids could have given me a better haircut. Maybe the lady cutting my hair couldn't see though the face shield she was wearing?? Just booked an appointment with another salon to get my hair fixed.

I’ve been visiting Arcana Salon for years and this was another great visit!! The Salon is very well organised and safe and I love my haircut. Highly recommend them.
