Excellent hairdresser. Remembers what the customer wants and checks whether customer wants any changes each time.
Then she knows what she is doing when cutting- takes great care and bingo I get the perfect haircut . Always coped with my poor eyesight and hearing in a way that reassured me that the cut would be right even though I could not see it as it was happening. Very affable as well.

Lydia is fantastic- her skill, advice and overall manner are second to none. I get so many compliments about my hair since becoming her client, the most recent in a coffee shop just before my next appointment, so even 9 weeks later it was looking great. That never happened before Lydia.
And I find the environment at the chapel so relaxing. Thank you all.

From the moment you open the door to the salon, you are greeted personally in such a friendly manner, your coat taken whilst shown to the nearest comfy sofa to await your stylist who joins you for a consultation covering likes and dislikes etc. and off you go to a lovely relaxing hair wash with calming music and low lighting - heaven. Rachael is a very talented stylist so the cut is always excellent and though the staff are very friendly we clients are treated in a very professional manner with our comfort being their priority. Always very knowledgeable about the natural products being used on your hair and often offering natural and healthy drinks and goodies presented beautifully. This is not just a hair cut, it’s an hour of total relaxation and the ambiance is totally different from the usual noisy crowded salon. The experience may be a little pricier than average but to me its very worth it and its my little treat, I always leave happy and feeling good.

I’ve been coming to Rachel at The Chapel since early 2020 and just love everything about the whole experience. All the staff are very friendly and happy. It’s peaceful and feels special but most Importantly over time the condition of my hair has improved, the style has evolved and I have hair I can manage.
We have great chats too!

Lydia is amazing. She works wonders with my hair. The colour is always spot on on and high lights frame my face in way I never thought possible. Her blow dries are exceptional, leaving my hair looking super healthy with a beautiful glow. All the staff are lovely, friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my experience at the Chapel from start to finish. At first my appointment had been moved due to staff sickness and everyone went out of their way to find me a new time. Alex listened to my needs and gave me the exact cut I was looking for, giving some really good advice along the way. I’m so happy I visited and will be coming back

Lydia is just lovely. She has cut my hair only twice and initially to also correct a disconnect as a result of another stylist. I’m extremely happy with her and confident in her ability. Lydia has also given me helpful tips on styling which I will try.

Not only is the salon unique and aesthetically pleasing, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I’ve had a few stylists since my first visit to this salon, but feel Evie is worthy of feedback and deserves recognition. Not only is she patient and very talented but she actually takes time to listen, and share her knowledge and expertise in managing my unruly hair. She never rushes and has taken the time to get to know my hair which truly matters. She is a credit to this salon.

I only came in for a fringe trim today but the experience was lovely, as usual. My mum & I were offered drinks while we waited & my mum enjoyed tea & cake while Tyler fixed my fringe. As ever, the whole experience was wonderful & my next appointment is in the diary!

It is always a pleasure to visit Alex and his staff at The Chapel in Marlow. They are such a lovely bunch of people and Alex always gets my cut and colour right.

It is the third time I come to this saloon and it is like stepping in a different universe. Starting from the location, an old church, to the attentive service and relaxing music, you could spend hours there. I am always going for the haircut and I am always happy with the results.
