John listened to what I asked for and made sure I was happy with my hair before finishing too. He was very professional. Always a pleasure to visit The Chapel where they make you feel welcome and looked after.

Our visit to The Chapel was just perfect, May was a delight and exceeded our expectations in doing my daughters hair for her 14th birthday. We left feeling absolutely fabulous. A huge thank you.

Ive been with Evie since the beginning of this year and she always listens, gives great advice and I always leave feeling much better about my hair. The service in The Chapel is lovely too, especially being able to get a little glass of wine after a long week.

I had the most wonderful experience with Evie at The Chapel. I came in wanting a proper change but still wanted my hair to feel like me, and she absolutely understood the assignment. The cut is honestly beautiful — the layers, movement, volume and face-framing are exactly what I had in mind, with that gorgeous soft 90s feel.

Evie really took the time to understand what I wanted, talked me through everything and somehow made my hair feel completely refreshed without taking away from the length or femininity. I walked out feeling like a different person in the best possible way.

Such a lovely experience from beginning to end, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever loved a haircut this much. Thank you so much, Evie — I’m obsessed with it! 🤍

This was my first visit to The Chapel and I thoroughly enjoyed the appointment and experience.
The place itself is in a church and is beautiful. From the moment I walked in I felt thoroughly welcomed and all the staff were courteous, friendly and polite
Nothing was to much trouble. They provided a drink and a small treat too.

My stylist May was just amazing. So friendly and professional.
We chatted about what style I liked and what could be achieved. May was super lovely and I will definitely make future appointments with her.

Emily was lovely and did a great job on my very straight hair - she was very attentive to what I wanted and cut and dried it beautifully. The location in the church is so beautiful and it always feels more like a spa experience than a normal rushed salon experience. Definitely recommend 100%!

Evie is friendly and kind, and a fantastic hairdresser. I always leave feeling very happy with my haircut and knowing that I have a style that I can manage at home between visits.

The salon itself is stunning, and the products used very high quality. I really enjoy my visits here - feels luxurious and there’s a lovely selection of drinks too.

The only issue is parking - my last two visits I’ve struggled to get parking in Marlow despite leaving plenty of time. Whilst outside of control of the salon it would be good if there was the option of parking for clients.

John is the best ! Finally found a hairdresser who listens and takes so much pride in what they do, a real perfectionist and great conservationist! Been going to John for well over a year now and never been disappointed with his work, he is worth every £££

From the moment I walked in the welcome was friendly and made me feel at ease. My hairdresser Evie listens to what I would like and when I was unsure she was happy to suggest ideas but not in a pushy way . Evie made me feel valued and at ease during my appointment. Have definitely found myself my new hairdresser and have already booked to come back x

Despite a booking error meaning I was 25 minutes late to an appointment I thought I was early for, Evie put me at ease, gave me exactly the haircut I wanted, and ensured the lost time was reflected on my bill. Very happy, as always - thank you Evie!

I had an appointment with May for a wash, cut and style. I had a great scalp massage after a wash. May cut my hair exactly how I wanted. My hair looks healthy and shiny. She recommended care routine for my hair and did an allergy test prior to colouring. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment :)

Best hairdressers in the world

I had the pleasure of talking to Lauren for some advice growing my hair out and dealing with some problems around it. She was extremely helpful and kind, pointing out exactly what I could do and also showing me exactly how to do so. In addition, I walked away getting exactly what I wanted - the hair to stay out my eyes.

This was my second cut to get my style and shape back and very pleased indeed . The shine and finish were very pleasing .

Warm welcoming and great help with choosing my hair colour

It's always a pleasure coming to the Salon. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Rachel is fantastic. I always leave feeling better than I arrived. All staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Rachel for anyone with short hair.

I am 82 years old and had many hairdressers , at least one who was a celebrity stylist. John is the best by far! He is very quick and accurate an thins and shapes my thick hair so well that it maintains great shape between cuts. He is full of energy and is always in an upbeat mood. I cannot recommend him too highly.
