I am 82 years old and had many hairdressers , at least one who was a celebrity stylist. John is the best by far! He is very quick and accurate an thins and shapes my thick hair so well that it maintains great shape between cuts. He is full of energy and is always in an upbeat mood. I cannot recommend him too highly.

If your hair is very fine as mine is , Evie has been my stylist for neally a year now , my hair has never before behaved so well between cuts , I’ve had so many comments about the shape and wonderful hair cut , I would recommend Evie she listens to your concerns and always asks what works for you !!! Wow, first of all location is an experience in itself, the Chapel is beautiful. I was really welcomed and made to feel relaxed. The coffee and tiffin were both delicious.

My consultation with May was thorough, I was able to discuss the issues with the dry condition of my hair and the best type of long layered cut for my thick hair.

I was really pleased with the end result. My hair was much softer after the deep conditioning and May gave it a lovely cut with long layers which took the bulk out of the back of my hair and added face framing layers, which I could still tie back for work.

I always love visiting the chapel and today’s cut was good and what I wanted however I left disappointed with my blow dry. I looked like I hadn’t had my hair done which considering the cost isn’t how I’d like to leave feeling.

I had such a lovely experience with May at the salon. She gave me a beautiful blow-dry with lots of volume and movement, and it stayed looking great all day and into the next. She was wonderful and took real care. She also gave me a tour of the salon, which is absolutely beautiful — such a unique space in a converted old chapel. I’d definitely recommend her and will be going back!

It was my first time at the salon and it was an amazing experience from the welcome to meeting George and discussing my new style. I felt really relaxed and in excellent hands so pleased with my new hair cut

I went to the Chapel today for the first time and Lauren cut my hair. We talked about what i was after and the. She cut my hair. It’s the best haircut and overall experience I’ve had in ages.

Evie styled my hair for my son’s wedding. She did a wonderful job of curling my hair exactly how I wanted it. The curls stayed in all day and everyone said my hair looked lovely. It was a nice touch serving me a glass of Prosecco and orange juice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend The Chapel.

My first time here and I was recommended Rachel by a friend. Had a great experience, perfect cut and finish. Rachel was lovely, and really listened to what I wanted.

I was recommended by colleagues to visit The Chapel for a much needed hair cut. I have quite long and fairly thick hair, so it can be tricky to get a nice cut and style.
Emily was fantastic, she was very considerate, took the time to talk through the style I wished to achieve and spent a considerable amount of time making my hair look healthy and cut and styled right for me.

It was my first time visiting The Chapel in Marlow and I wasn’t disappointed. Not only is it a beautiful space, but I felt like Lauren really took the time to understand what I wanted from my appointment. Warm and exemplary service all round.

Emily worked very efficiently and methodically to get my hair dyed and styled. I loved the colour - it was exactly what I wanted! The styling was also perfect, as I have struggled to style my fringe (which I’m growing out) and Emily styled this brilliantly.

Really great experience, not been for a long time but no judgement- staff were really encouraging to pick a style and colour that fit with my lifestyle. Could do with a skirting board near my seat though! It didn’t bother me but could see hair was gathered down the side of the floorboards!

For my first experience at a hairdressers I was incredibly spoilt. Rachel was lovely, as were the other staff members. I was nervous when I first got there, but Rachel made me feel at ease. The shampoo massage was the best! 💆🏻‍♀️ lovely refreshments, and overall a really enjoyable experience. Also really happy with my hair. Thank you Rachel.
