The stylist I have had for many years has, unfortunately, left the Salon . I was a bit nervous, but needn't have worried as Tyler was excellent.! I am really particular about how I like my hair (pain in the neck) but Tyler rode the storm and I left the Salon really happy :)

I had Emily do a blow dry for me, and I absolutely love it!! She asked how I wanted it styled rather than assuming, and I really appreciated the time and commitment she put into it — plus we had a good old natter! Very impressed. Highly recommend.
The salon itself is modern and spacious, with perfect lighting throughout.

The service from start to finish was simply to perfect. Rach is always welcoming with a smile and the offer of a drink with a little something tasty, she makes you feel at ease and relaxed and really sets the tone of the visit.
Then Georgie - what can I say - calm, experienced and creative! Georgie shares her expertise to deliver the style you’re looking for! And boy does she deliver! Her skills are fabulous and the outcome always surpasses my expectations. Alongside this she’s just a lovely person!

An amazing environment in which to have your hair done and Lydia put me at ease and understood what I wanted to have done within a minute of speaking with me. She was honest and pointed out what she thought would work well with my hair and explained how to style it when at home. I am looking forward to returning for my colour and feel confident about doing so

This was my first time visiting The Chapel and it won’t be my last. The atmosphere was so calm. From start to finish every face was warm, and welcoming. I felt thoroughly looked after by Georgie. She listened to me and the care she took in cutting and styling my hair was something I have never had from any of my previous stylists. I left her chair feeling like a new person. Being within those hallowed walls and the time and care that I received was a balm for the soul.

I love my hair! Evie did a great job and listened to what I wanted to go for, but still gave some great suggestions; which I love! Everyone was very welcoming and the atmosphere is spacious and chilled. I look forward to returning!

Fran was hugely reassuring when it came to discussing my hair and this is something I've been on the lookout for after several poor experiences at other salons. She took the time to listen and understand before explaining some options. This was exactly what I'd hoped for as I wanted the hairdresser to be the expert and take the lead with the right path to fix my hair and so I felt like I was in safe hands. Thank you so much.

A lovely first visit to the cathedral. I had an initial consultation with Fran about what I would like from my haircut, taking into consideration my thick, dry and curly hair. It was clear Fran was very knowledgeable, and she put me at ease straight away. Fran was a delight to speak to, and made the whole experience.
I love my new haircut and will definitely be back!

The space is beautiful. Fran was lovely and personable. The tea and tiffin were delicious. There were parking issues on the day, which staff did their best to resolve. The website could do with better explanations of what a new client would need to know to book and even without issues, site needs more parking with amount of staff as well as clients. Overall, a good experience. Would consider booking again now that I know what to expect.

I was well overdo for a cut and was a bit nervous as I felt my hair was in poor shape after losing a lot of weight and experiencing the excessive shedding that can go with that. Lydia made me feel comfortable right away, assured me that my hair was in good health, that the shedding was temporary and that I had significant regrowth already. She spent the time to educate me about what was going on with my hair and sent me home with some tips and tricks to help encourage faster regrowth. I wish I’d gone back sooner as she really put my mind at ease.

Lydia listened very carefully to my requests and came up with some really creative ideas moving forward. I felt in very good hands and excited about attending my first appointment. Thank you!

Honestly not really that happy. I asked for something different and just feel it's the same hair cut I always get. It looks fine, and I'm sure Evie did a good cut but it was nothing different which is what I said I wanted. I suggested a side fringe but this wasn't discussed - not sure if that was a polite way of suggesting that wouldn't suit but I did say it at least twice.
I feel I paid a lot of money for a very normal cut. I was also told I got a 15min free consultation so not sure why I was charged for a full hour when I arrived at 4 and left just before 5?
I just don't feel I got the service I expected for the amount of money charged. Evie was very nice and easy to chat to, but I won't be returning.

Rachel is the best, she’s has a great sense of style and how to discuss and communication to give a cut that really suits the client. I’ve never been happier, thank you Rachel!

Todays trip to the Chapel was my 1st but it won't be my last. The team are so welcoming and really helped me figure out what I would like (I came in twice for consults) and the host is so incredibly thoughtful and kind.
Fran is amazingly talented and im so pleased to have had my appointment with her, not only did she do an incredible job but she was so welcoming and engaging, i have booked back in with her.

I’ve had Tyler a few times and he’s so lovely. Very sweet and calming and gives a good scalp massage! Always leave feeling great.

Alex has been my husband’s and my hairdresser for years and we love him. He is the nicest person and an amazing hairdresser. He really takes time to understand us at each visit and the results are always fabulous, we get so many compliments on our hair! Today, we went for a complete new look for me and what a success! Thank you Alex and the lovely welcoming team too.
