Lacked interpersonal skills. Not sure why she was not good with my son - who is 5. She wasn’t gently in approach and came across cold. She could have smiled at least. My son ended up not speaking or interacting and didn’t enjoy the haircut. Won’t be back here again. Also will let other parents know. Never had my son want to leave the salon. On the plus side, the lady washing my son’s hair was brilliant!

Colour was ok though wasn’t checked before I left. Had to ask to have hair rinsed after I was sat waiting for blow dry as still had dye around the back and lots of conditioner left in ! Blow dry always finish myself and then use straighteners to make look better.
