Miela was great. Really pleased with my hair colour and she really listen to what I wanted. However not best pleased with the lady that washed and dried my hair. I left the salon with so many knots in my hair which I’m still trying to take out 2 days on and she was incredibly slow at drying my hair

Took my 8-year-old son for a haircut today, and it turned into such a special experience. He decided to donate his hair to the Little Princess Trust, which already made us incredibly proud—but the salon made the whole moment even more memorable.

Having to change my stylist this morning due to my usual stylist being unwell, I was assigned to Robert. When I arrived another stylist was also unwell. Robert worked with several clients making us all feel heard and listened too, whilst also giving us time. Making the experience feel every enjoyable for myself as the client, even though he was working in a pressured situation. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a great colour and cut. I had my haircut today for donation at Marlow Harrington and received a complimentary haircut as part of their support for a charity initiative. I didn’t even know about this offer beforehand, so it was a really lovely surprise.
The team was incredibly honest and supportive—they carefully guided me through how to donate my hair, and even helped prepare it properly by tying and placing it neatly into a bag, ready for donation.
The apprentice, Maizie, was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. A special thank you to Robert, who was extremely professional and patient. He took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered exactly the style I asked for.

I went into the Marlow salon for a trainee wash, cut & blow dry. It was a brilliant experience, Neve was friendly, professional and did an amazing job. She was supervised throughout. I wouldn't hesitate going back to the salon and using this service again. Excellent value for money.
