I went for a treatment to have a shine hair for my son’s graduation, the girl who did it for me after my treatment did a quick blow dry, she asked if I wanted some volume, I said yes, she applied to much mousse my hair ended to dry and heavy on the roots and not shine at all, not very happy because I wanted to look flawless….

Despite me giving a very confusing description of what I wanted, Kai was able to produce results that were excactly what I had in mind. The best haircut I've ever gotten by a huge margin and the cheapest aswell - I was also given great maintenence advice on what to do between visits. Couldn't have been better, would've happily paid double his rate!
