My last salon visit set me back over £200, not quite what I expected. I love visiting for the overall experience but can’t justify the extortionate costs. My hair has stubborn white/grey so to leave the salon with a comment that “Well, there’s nothing more that we can do as your side bits just don’t take” doesn’t make me feel very positive. I’ve spent a year to get my hair to a lighter colour to hide the grey but even now the grey is obvious. That’s not a reflection on the work done, yes I have very grey roots that grow out quickly but surely as hair experts they had to be something you can do? Anyway I don’t think I can afford Haringtons prices so will book when I want to “treat” myself.
He is very good and gave me some advice.

I was very nervous as this is the first time I have gone to a salon for a while as normally my uncle is my hairdresser but after moving I needed to find somewhere for a little hair refresh. I came across Kai looking for someone to help him out as a student hairdresser. I was nervous but Kai understood exactly what I wanted and gave me more than I expected. I thought it was just gonna be a quick cut but he washed, cut and styled my hair and I loved it. He is gonna be amazing once he is out on the floor. I had not been to Harringtons for a long time because of my Cancer! I had a brilliant cut and blow dry from Debbie and a fantastic wash and head massage from a young lady whose name I can’t remember! All in all I went into the salon looking very dishevelled and came out looking very smart and feeling very happy!
