Established over 30 years ago by Lauren Turner, this sustainable and environmentally friendly salon offers a relaxed, warm and friendly ambience that creates a fabulous atmosphere where clients are treated to a 5 star service.

The team are trained to the highest standards in all aspects of hairdressing and enjoy regular courses to keep their skills updated, on trend and innovative. That’s why the salon has won numerous British Hairdressing Awards, an accolade to all our amazing clients, and a credit to the hard work that this team consistently put forward. Liz has done my hair for quite a time and she always listens to what I want, gives me sound advice and always achieves excellent results. I have wanted to have highlights in my hair but I am very allergic to hair dye. However, we have managed this by having some highlights. At first, they were very bright, but Liz has worked with the dyes to tone them down and now they are great! Although they are always busy, they make sure the client comes first.

The most professional hair salon i have ever been to (trust me i have tried serveral). Nicest staff and excellent service. It was my first time being at spirit but it felt like i have always been going there. Extrmely hygenic. Customer service was exceptional. Will 100% recommend it. I absolutely loved my treatment today. I had a lovely winter hair treatment and head massage before an amazing restyle by livvy. She was so easy to talk and talked me through how to manage my thick hair and recommended amazing products. Just looove the multi- coloured highlights and cut.
Lovely friendly atmosphere. Modern decor with strict attention to cleanliness. My hair was in a terrible state due to medication, but Gold products immediately restored hair health. Hair colour lasts well and really reasonable prices.

I've been going to the salon for nearly a year now and each time has been a joy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are friendly and the salon is very clean. The staff are all very knowledgeable and give excellent advice about style and colour but always listen to what the customer wants and delivers beautifully. I went there to get a colour correction after a bit of a disaster with another salon. They were able to sort the problem out and return my hair to its former glory and with a wonderful colour. I would highly recommend this salon for the friendliness, professionalism and sheer pleasure of going.

I love my hair!! As always, Lauren was her usual friendly, professional self. Fully discussed my hair and its condition.....listened to what I had to say.

My highlights are wonderful (positive comments from colleagues!), so happy with them. Also advised to have a Kpac treatment which has made my hair feel wonderful.

All in all a wonderful experience....lovely welcome from reception as I arrived, great stylist in Lauren and also very friendly junior who did all the washing and conditioning!

Can't recommend the salon and staff highly enough! Go book your appointment and get your hair done while having a great experience!!
