Sofia has been looking after my hair for a while now, and every visit reminds me why I trust her so much. She knows exactly what I like, listens carefully, and always offers thoughtful advice that makes a real difference.
Today she adjusted my colour slightly so it looks fresh and flattering for my summer holidays, and it’s absolutely perfect; soft, bright, and beautifully blended. She gave me a great trim too, and my hair feels so healthy, shiny, and full of life.
To finish, she styled it with a lovely wave that was just right for a lunch out with friends. I left feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely delighted with the result. Sofia is consistently brilliant, and I couldn’t be happier with my hair.

My partner absolutely likes my new look, really pleased with Livvy's recommendation to try a new cut. Already booked all next appointments till end of the year. Lastly, the head massage is always a treat, today's was amazing.

My last visit was on 27th May so a bit late in leaving my review! However, this salon is so amazing it is truly a pleasure to go and have my hair done, whether it is a cut and blow dry or the full works. Lauren is a perfect stylist/owner takes pride in her work, the colour choices for my hair are 1st class, not a day goes passed without someone saying love your hair, you look amazing, where do you get your hair done etc. The staff are so friendly, well trained, take pride in their work and look after us, the clients. The salon is always immaculate, very clean and the loo is spotless, great selection of cold and hot drinks too. I can thoroughly recommend Spirit Hair and would not dream of going anywhere else. I will still be going when I am 90 at this rate, and still having the wild and amazing colours, god willing! ☺

It was my first visit to the salon and I was made to feel very welcome. My stylist Lucy also put me at ease straightaway and made it a lovely experience overall. I am very happy with my cut and colour and my next appointment is already booked!

I’ve been going to Lucy for about 4 years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. She is incredibly professional and friendly and takes a genuine interest in my hair and what I want, and me as an individual. I always have Lucy’s undivided attention when I’m there which means a lot in the modern salon. I never ever feel rushed in Spirit and the whole ethos is the customer comes first. I’m so please with my hair colour. I am a new client to the salon and Lucy matched my hair beautifully and I now have no more roots and my hair looks fabulous. It’s an 5 Star treatment in the Salon, with a gorgeous pot of tea, really relaxing and a lovely experience. Everyone in the salon is super friendly, I can’t wait to go back and I’ve booked all my appointments for the rest of the year!

Lucy has given me a new style. She is a good listener and she understands what I need. A fantastic part of the Spirit family.

I haven’t visited many hairdressers in my younger years, and I’ve always felt a bit apprehensive about getting my hair cut. However, Spirit has completely changed that for me. From the very first visit, they made me feel at ease and genuinely enjoy the experience.

Over time, I’ve even found myself becoming open to trying small experiments with my haircut—something I never thought I’d say! I’ve always trusted Livvy to give honest, thoughtful advice about what would and wouldn’t suit me, which I really value.

I truly appreciate the care and attention, and going to Spirit now feels exciting rather than nerve‑wracking. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Sophia was amazing, she was so efficient, kind and professional. Sophia made my daughter who is quite shy feel so at ease and comfortable throughout. The cut and blow dry was superb, my daughter left feeling a million dollars.

I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted, and Sofia made it happen perfectly. She talked me through what she planned with the cut, gave great recommendations, and always checked in to get my opinion throughout. She was more than happy to go back and make pieces shorter until I was completely happy with the result. I left very pleased and have already booked my next appointment :)

I’m a creature of habit and don’t change my hair too often, but I can always rely on Piper to do my colour exactly how I want it! Shes a delight, as they all are at Spirit Hair. Just a lovely, welcoming, friendly salon with really great stylists!

Piper is a delight to talk to, and always gives me a great cut. The colour she does is also amazing, and lasts for ages.

Just what I wanted!

I've been with Serena for a long time now, she listens to what I want and adapts my wishes to suit my v fine hair. Today she made a tiny change to my cut and I have a new style...I'm very, very happy! Thank you Serena you are the best!

I’ve always found it difficult to get my son’s hair cut without tears or upset… tried so many barbers and hairdressers (he has long hair). I came for my own haircut and was encouraged to bring him in so I did - and he enjoyed the best haircut experience he ever had. Piper is so good with him, does a fantastic job - he loves the place. Told me the other day he’s going to go there for the rest of his life! Amazing job by Piper on winning him over with an amazing experience, and also for the great haircuts (both his and mine). Couldn’t recommend more.

Always enjoy my haircut experience with Liz. She knows exactly how I want my hair done. She never try to push products on me. I feel that after many years with her we know each other quite well.
Generally I do feel there is no need to make customers wash the hands before treatment nor using the boxes for the coats

I’ve been coming to Spirit ever since I moved down from Lincolnshire 3 years ago and Serena is fantastic! Never one to shy away from a challenge, she’s put up with me changing my hairstyle probably more often than I change my pants (joking!). She’s always leant in to whatever random direction I’ve decided to take my hair and she’s seen me through from super short bleach blonde to a graduated copper bob! I always leave loving my hair! I love coming to spirit. It’s such a friendly relaxing environment and every one of the girls are all outstanding.

I came in for a cut and blow dry and was warmly greeted and looked after the whole duration of my appointment. All of the ladies were absolutely brilliant and so professional. Oh my! Where do I start....its hard to find the words to describe how I feel about my new hair!! It's the hair I've always wanted and is just perfect! Livvy did a full head of highlights and turned me back to 'Spring blonde'....perfect colour! Then, the transformation continued with a few hair extensions....perfect colour match, perfect fitting and blending and perfect length! My hair is now back to full thickness with the length I've always wanted!! As I said PERFECT!!! Livvy truely deserves her Colour Master title and is a true creative artist! I trust her with my hair implicitly! She delivers a professional AND personal service. She patiently answered all my questions prior to deciding on extensions, so I was completely happy to proceed. After fitting, I got help with how to wash and style my new hair .... so I now truly, do have the perfect hair (that looks soooo natural) that I've always wanted! I can't recommend Livvy or Spirit Hair enough!!! It's a HUGE thank you from me!! 😊
