Iv just left the salon with tears in my eyes,I’m a ladie with a very serious brain condition and have felt so rundown for a while with pain,but after visiting Sam at the salon,my hair is now the most beautiful colour and I’m so revitalised ,it made me cry because even though life is hard at times,there is ways of being made to feel special and thank you Sam,you are a wonderful person and I thank you from the bottom of my heart,because you have made me feel alive again x

Was really disappointed with service I received, this review is based on service and treatment compared to my regular salon- *****. My coat wasn't hanged up before I got to my chair, no refreshments were offered, no styling products or heat protection where added before or during my cut nor the drying part of the service (unless you include shampoo) my hair wasn't blow dried properly as she didn't go through sections and just waved the hairdryer over my hair. It shouldn't be left to the customer to tell a person how to do a clients hair. and no products where used to set my hair in place as I had mentioned I had an event to go too, basic products should have been included as standard for a cut and blow dry with styling. I watched saima do her clients hair and loved the results as she did all of this. So I shall be requesting only she does my hair from now on.

A wonderful experience getting my hair cut at ASK by Sam. Last time I visited I decided to get my very long hair cut into a bob. Sam advised what length would work best and I loved the result. This time was for a trim and I still love this length. Sam was quick but thorough and gave me advice on how to look after it which was very helpful. I’d definitely recommend Sam to anyone.

Aishah welcomed me and we went straight away on the washing. Then we discussed about the cut I wanted and she was super quick and Professional.
