The haircut is much shorter than requested and looks nothing like the picture I provided. The salon charges extra for card payments but doesn’t tell you in advance. Poor customer service.

Staff friendly, lovely clean salon.
Sam knew exactly the right thing to do with my hair - even though it was my first visit. Same explains everything she was doing and even gave tips on what products to use to style my hair.

Sam is really a worth person going to for hairstyling and color. She really amazed me with the outcome and I am very happy with the result.

We agreed one length, but the lady just cut very fast lots more and when i noticed i was shocked, she just said it is what we agreed, period. Not space to say anything, she was a bit tough. Then she styled my hair, it looked ok, but is not what i wanted. Too short for me, I don’t know how to style i, and I lost a lot of the color i had made in my hair because she didnt understand what i wanted and just cut it very short very fast. For 47 pounds! I feel awful.

Marta did my haircut, and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it. I highly recommend her.

I was super anxious going in. Im not a big fan of having my haircut and have some bad experiences in the past.
I was immediately put at ease by Sam and left feeling fantastic with a brilliantbhair cut.

First time to this salon. Marta was amazing. She transformed my dry unloved hair into soft silky shiny locks that I didn’t recognise. Well looked after with a cup of tea and biscuits too.

Second visit and Marta has done a really good cut on my short hair.

Thought I'd risk a walk in at another local (ish) salon as I was desperate for a cut. but no one beats Sam..she's so gifted..amazing cut yet again. Never ever had a bad cut from her in the 5 years. Always amazing.

Another lovely visit to my favourite salon Sam and her staff are always warm kind and welcoming. This time I was in for my 6 weekly root tint and wet cut and finish and again I had a relaxing enjoyable experience and it goes without saying that my hair always looks amazing afterwards. Coming here is my little treat to myself life and finances are tough for us all right now but my visits always work out value for money.
