My son had an appointment elsewhere which got cancelled last minute, so we took a chance and booked into somewhere new - Ruby Lane.
Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jaiden listened and understood what my son wanted and the result was fantastic, we were so pleased with everything so we are now new customers at Ruby Lane.

Great colour. Love having a shorter style after years of long tied back hair. Trust your instincts and your stylist.

Lilly May is an apprentice at ruby lane and it was a pleasure to have had my hair coloured by her on model day She absorbed what Serena the owner was teaching explaining to her She listened and took notice She gained confidence throughout the colouring process She was.checking on me making sure I was ok and that the water temperature was good whilst washing my hair I could see she took pride in what she had achieved I am sure this is a great stylist in the making and will be an asset to Ruby lane in the future

Went to ruby lane today with a head of damaged, box bleached hair i had no hope for. I left feeling completely brand new! Sarah and the other lovely ladies took their time with me which i greatly appreciate and i can happily say it was one of the most relaxing and comfortable experiences iv had, with complementary drinks and happy music. Iv never had my hair done professionally before today so let me say the bar has been set high! I highly recommend their salon and services, and will be returning regularly from now on! Thank you ruby lane!

Result of colour fine,I feel bad hair cut, stylist did have me in again but said hair cut was good, she cut one side shorter than other, not good for amount of money I paid£114..Sadly won’t come again
