I have been seeing Fran for 30 plus years I always enjoy going to the hairdresser good company with a mini pamper

Very welcome personal greeting. Felt they were genuinely interested in me & how I was! Looked after with a nice cuppa even before Nicola had started on my hair, then as my pot of tea had gone cold offered a fresh one!
Hair wash & head massage was sublime then of course the crucial cut dry & finish! Just perfect, but I will add again as I always get a good result!

Rosanna is attentive and professional. She takes care and time in whatever she does.

All staff are very welcoming and polite. You get offered a drink. I do not like a heavy handed approach to massaging shampoo into my hair the sheer fact that I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders and they are very mindful of that when Fran reminds them. I never have to worry that my hair might be a disaster both for a cut and highlights. I know it will be fine whatever Fran decides to do with it!! I wouldn't go anyone else. I may have to kidnap her if she decides to retire!!!

I had a lovely relaxing wash and head massage then a blow dry by Justine who is very good and very friendly with a nice cup of coffee and a chocolate.

Jade competently and confidently advised me what I needed done and undertook the gutting and shampoo and setting efficiently and effectively. He also put my hair up in an attractive way that I can follow as well.

I asked at the last minute to change my appointment time, no problem.
I then challenged Jaiden to change my style. Again no problem with great advice.

My first visit to the salon and I was made to feel very welcome. The stylist Jaiden took the time to discuss the style and cut I was looking for and ensured that I was happy with the end result. Had lots of compliments at work on the new style. Overall very professional service.

Sarah cut and styled my hair just the way I wanted it. Made me feel at ease as I’m not usually a fan of going to the hairdressers!

Never seen the salon so quiet but was pampered by Jordan, he looked after me well and did a great cut

This was my first time to the salon and couldn’t recommend it any more highly! The lady who washed my hair did a head massage which was super relaxing. Nicola did an amazing job on my hair and delivered exactly what I asked for. She was also really friendly and gave me recommendations regarding colouring. Will definitely be back for my next cut!

As always a lovely colour and cut done by Hayley. Also Mary done a great wash and she remembered that I have a cushion for the wash as I’m small. Can’t ask for more.

I always enjoy my visits to Ruby Lane, everyone is very friendly & Jo always listens to what I am trying to achieve with a smile.

It was a nice relaxing experience and as usual all the trainees are very good and you are spoilt with a nice coffee and chocolate.

We popped in on Sunday to have my daughters fringe cut in - the lady who cut her fringe in was lovely. She gave us some great advice and cut her fringe beautifully - very happy. Then I asked if I could have mine styled and they were more than happy to oblige. Again beautifully styled - lovely, professional , friendly staff - I would highly recommend! And all this on a Sunday!

I had an appointment with Jo to have a cut and finish and as always, she was really good at listening to what I wanted to be done and adding a few suggestions herself. My hair looked amazing when she’d finished styling and I walked out feeling great. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming whenever I’ve arrived and refreshments are always available

I had an appointment with Georgia, an 'advanced apprentice'. My experience was excellent, had I not been told that she was an apprentice I would have thought she had several years qualified practice behind her.
