Amazing experience as always, tyanah always listens to what I want and advises on the best way to go forward to achieve what it is that I am after, tyanah has been doing my hair for around 5 years now and I always feel very happy which how she has done my hair.

As soon as you arrive someone greets you and the service is always excellent. Your hair is styled the way you want and there is always someone there to give you advice if you want it. The staff are really friendly and always know your name. I cannot praise then enough and love looking at all the different hairstyles as the customers leave. A truly great experience and I look forward to it every week.

Every time I go in I change my hair colour & it’s never a problem from dark to bleach blonde or as today somewhere in between!

I come here every 4-6 months, just have a cut and blow dry. All the staff are very attentive and do a wonderful job. I am rather shy and not much of a talker, I like to sit and watch my hair be transformed into something lovely. Grace was very kind and my hair looked great after she was done. It's lovely to see young Grace grow in confidence and become such a great hairdresser who doesn't go "scissor happy" and listens carefully to what you want done. We talked about colour but leaving my hair at the moment as it is but would use Ruby Lane for colour in the future.
