I was referred to Ruby Lane salon by a friend. Today was my visit and had a cut and finish with Patsy along with hot towel treatment on my hair. From start to finish my visit was lovely. I had coffee, relaxed in a reclining chair whilst having a hot treatment. Patsy was nice, polite, thorough and recommended tips and tricks for my hair. Rebooked for 6 weeks time with Patsy.

Jaiden is always very friendly and welcoming and always keen to make sure that my son is aware of how he will cut his hair and that he is happy with it. My son didn’t like having his haircut and now he always asks for Jaiden.

Stunning colour

Grace has cut both of my daughters’ hair recently and has done. Fab job. One has a short funky cut, and the other sticks to her long layered tresses. Grace does both beautifully.

This was my first Curly Girl cut having recently rediscovered my curls. Lauren really listened to my story and gave me great advice on shape as well as how to apply product and style and dry my hair to get the best out of my curls. So pleased I found Ruby Lane !!

Such a fantastic experience. It's been a long time since I've been to a salon and Georgia was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything she was doing. I will definitely be back

Amazing hair cut as always

From start to end it was a traumatic
I was given into the wrong hands

She absolutely didn't know what to do
3 and a half hour, and I lost my hair and colour

She put a wrong colour first
She washed half the head and half left with foils on
Then she removed the remaining hair colour with water a small sponge while I was sitting in front of mirror
I wasn't given any towel , my color was soaked
Afterwards she asked help to other colleague and re-colour half head again
I was extremely concerned that what's going on . I asked and she said it's ok
I requested a layered cut , she gave me Bob cut , which I never like in my life
She was confused all along.
She charged me £145 , whereas the job she did isn't worth single penny.

I will be speaking to the manager soon.
I am in a shock

I am a customer for this particular shop for more than 15 years but I think it's coming to an end maybe.

I walked into a hive of business when opening the door to Ruby Lane. T and Serena actually listened to my concerns regarding the problem I felt regarding colour/cut of my hair done by another Salon. They appreciated how passionate I am. A decision was made to book an appt in 5 weeks time, which I have had done. Both Patch tests are fine, which is a good result. Looking forward to seeing you all on 6 Feb. One happy Lady!
