Ruby Lane

I decided to have my shoulder length hair cut and styled into a short pixie cut.
Jaiden did an excellent job. I'm really pleased with it

I feel that £46 was a very expensive 'tidy up' for half an hour. I usually have someone else but she wasn't in today and fully booked tomorrow.

Great atmosphere when I walked into the salon for hi-lites with Jaiden. Very happy with my hair and Jaiden very professional. Also Jaiden explained new products for the aftercare of my colour.

He is a fantastic stylist and very knowledgeable about colour. Won't book with anyone else. Definitely recommend the salon as they are all great!

Lauren knows how to look after my hair and gives advice on how to make it look the best it can.

Jaiden is a very good stylist - he listens to what you want to achieve but he also takes into account your hair type & how best to achieve a good result. I would def’ recommend.

Didn’t have much time - took 15 minutes to make my hair curly and fabulous !

I was a little late for my appointment. Grace was so lovely about it. She knows my hair and does a lovely cut. I always feel relaxed and happy afterwards. The salon was a hive of activity and everyone is so friendly.

Angel is a gifted stylist and makes my scalp feel amazing with the way she washes my hair with firm fingers and then massages my head. Her understanding of how I like my hair is combined with a twist of her own to just modernise a short cut and I love the look Angel has given me. It grows out well too, and as I have quite a good social life how I look and feel about my hair is important. Angel has given me a very adaptable hair style. Thank you Angel!

I was unimpressed this morning to receive a telephone call to say my stylist was unwell therefore my appointment was cancelled. No alternative was offered until i pressed for an appointment. In the event Grace stayed late for me and i was pleased with my hair

I always have such a lovely time being in the salon. They do Curly Girl cuts and have managed to keep my curly hair in good condition whilst allowing me to go lighter! They always offer drinks, all the staff are so friendly. I love going to Ruby Lane!

Serena is absolutely amazing at what she does! She really takes the time to understand what you want and ensures that everything is in your best interest! I always come in and give Serena a few ideas and then leave her to decide the rest as I trust her 100% when it comes to styling my hair. The best hair stylist I have ever come across and had the pleasure to meet! Would recommend to anyone!!

Nice surprise drinks and biscuits were brought swiftly on arrival. All staff were efficient and pleasant, even ringing to check on my appointment.
I was very pleased with Grace’s cut again. She is worthy of an upgrade in title from ‘Junior Stylist’ and her fees are far more reasonable than even the top stylists in Aylesbury!
