Excellent cut and blow dry again from Hayley.

Visiting family in Aylesbury my hair was a mess, more frizzy than curly. After my consultation Sarah Jane cut my hair dry. It looked uneven and Sarah-Jane explained my curl pattern was different on each side of my head and she was working with my natural curl and it would dry level and it did.
I was given many great tips on how to manage my hair and also what to avoid, some of the products I was using were too harsh. Sarah-Jane made a plan for the next few visits to given me the colour I want but avoiding bleach as my hair is fragile. To finish; my curls were enhanced by finger curling and I was show how to do it myself and yes after washing it's the same result. My hair now looks curlier, healthier and with no frizz, it suits the shape of my face and I'm prepared to travel the 70 miles to ensure it stays that way. Sarah-Jane thank you.

Always pleased with Grace's attention to detail. Chatty but not too chatty. Always greets me with a smile. Love the way she's re styled my new hairstyle. Would recommend her straight away.

I have been coming to Ruby lane for years now and always see Jaiden ever since he was a new talent. I have been going grey for a number of years but due to anxiety I have never got my hair dyed, but over the last 3 years I have spoken to Jaiden about getting it dyed and today I finally did it. Jaiden always makes me feel at ease and we put the world to rights with our chats and I must say my hair turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you

This is the second time Angel has cut my hair, and again I am pleased with the result. Angel understood that I wanted a lot of the weight relieved by layering and wasn’t afraid to use her knowledge of thick hair. I had my first appointment with Sarah-Jane. She listened to the issues I have with my hair and explained what my hair would do if I had it cut like the style I wanted. She’s hugely knowledgeable, offering types on products and styling. I love my new hair.

Jaiden is a brilliant stylist and always discusses what we are going to do before going ahead. Once we decide, he is professional and efficient in what he does. He's very friendly and chatty while he works which I enjoy. I won't go to anyone else or any other salon as the team are lovely and very welcoming. 100% recommend you to everyone!

Angel is lovely. I would high recommend her. She makes me feel so comfortable.

I am always happy with the result when Jaiden styles my hair. When i arrived i mentioned that my hair felt dry and Jaiden suggested a moisturising treatment which has really helped to improve the texture of my hair.
