Great guidance and helpful nature of Sarah-Jane really put me at ease. It was my first time trying a curly hair cut. With lots of apprehension I am constantly anxious that people will look at my hair and not like working with it. Given my hairs thickness and unique curl structure. Sarah was very understanding and honest, I appreciate her friendliness and openness it was a lovely experience having my hair cut by her. I highly reccommend.

Chloe was wonderful I am really pleased with my cut and blow dry. Plus I’m not a massive talker at the hairdressers I like to relax and close my eyes Chloe left me alone and only talked to me when I wanted too. I definitely will revisit Ruby Lane I feel I may of found a hairdressers to go to now at last!

Naomi has cut my hair since last year, always cheerful, listens to me before cutting my hair and will put forward what she knows will work for my type of hair, result is a really nice cut that I can maintain and it always grows out nice too, so for me it’s a win-win

Although I am a regular customer of Naomi’s I just wanted to catch up with her a couple of weeks before my actual appointment to run through exactly what I was wanting - I often just surprise her on the day but this time I wanted to prepare her!! Naomi was as ever fabulous and knows me well so is now fully ready for 2 weeks time.

Chloe was very friendly and cheerful and gave me a great wash, cut and blow dry. Will definitely be coming back.

Grace was lovely. Nice blow dry but unfortunately feel like I haven't had a hair cut. I said I didn't want to go too short but it had been about 6 weeks. Think she must of literally just taken the ends off

Having had a disastrous haircut at another salon, which was uneven and poorly cut I booked an emergency appointment here. Sarah-Jane was so kind to me and really took time to explain where things had gone wrong with my hair explaining what I could feel and see! I will definitely be back for my next cut! I entered the salon feeling upset, angry and embarrassed but left feeling a 100x better with a plan for growing my hair out.

Don't know the young man's name but he was excellent with Alison a special needs lady he was very patient and explained what he was doing lovely young man.

I am happy that Grace became my hairdresser, she’s chatty and very friendly. To day was the first time I had a colour and I came away feeling that it was a job well done. I will be having it done again in the future.
