Jaiden decided that I needed a
"structured" blow dry, which he did and it was lovely. I have never had my hair blow dried with a round rush!! I couldn't do that myself as I have osteoarthritis and my wrist and elbow joints do not like the weight of hair dryers.

I have been to Chloe a few times now and she has been so lovely and understanding as I have suffered from alopecia in the past. My hair is "growing " but still very fine. I am always nervous going to the hairdressers but Chloe has put my.mind at ease. Thank you so much Chloe 😊

After a tiring work week, I was looking forward to my appointment. From being greeted.to having my hair washed and styled, it felt a treat and some much needed me time. Everyone at Ruby Lane are so friendly and welcoming and Sarah Jane is a fantastic stylist and so personable. My hair is very thick and wavy and she does a great job cutting it and making it feel healthy again- thank you!

I booked an appt with Chloe, the senior apprentice to have a bit of a restyle and she did a brilliant job. She listened to my thoughts and took her time to understand and make suggestions too. Very happy with the result

Had a really great cut and colour, highly recommend. All staff are very professional, friendly and caring.

Got my hair done by my normal hairdresser called Grace, she is an excellent hairdresser with exceptional customer service skills. I am fussy who I get to cut my hair. So glad that Grace works for Ruby Lane.

Lovely hair cut. I am growing layers out so it has to be cut just enough to allow the layers to grow and eventually all be the same size. It is a pleasure going to the salon.

I had a very nice experience when I came in for a blow dry with Naomi. I felt so much better when I left.

I have been a client of Ruby Lane for many years and I usually very happy with the service for ladies. As I saw you also have services for men, I recommended the place to my teenage son. Unfortunately, the haircut: he had was uneven, without shape and he looks terrible. It was a disappointment and he is very unhappy.
I would recommend Ruby Lane for ladies, but not for gentlemen.

so incredibly hospitable, always double checking if i was happy with the cut, very kind and chatty, always putting the customer’s wants and comfort first!!! would definitely recommend the salon, especially chloe. wouldn’t trust my hair with any other salon!
