Went to this branch for the first time due to could not get appointment at H Wycombe.
***** cut my hair...she did the exact what I told her NOT to do.
Asked for a bob cut on the shoulders ...she cut it too short specifically said do not want long at front and shorter at back, she cut that style.honestly felt like crying but damage was already done ,now have to live with this haircut until it grows.
She sounds very confused and nervous while cutting my hair like it was her first time.
Will definitely not be going there again.

I visited the Beaconsfield salon and was met by Zoe. She was professional friendly and did a great job. I’m always nervous visiting the hairdresser and this was a first visit for me at this site and I can definitely recommend Zoe. So happy to get an appointment today and delighted with my haircut, actually had both Nicole and Lucy take care of me and they were both amazing. Such a great team who saw as many clients as possible today and made lots of people feel good and happy whilst keeping up their very high standards of hygiene and safety. Fantastic salon.
Sam was very attentive to exactly how I wanted my hair done . She was also very cheerful and friendly through the hair colouring process.

As always Shannon is helpful, friendly & positive to my every demand and change each time I come into the salon.
I have continued comments on my colour each time I have had an appointment followed by a great cut every other time.
I continue to come to the salon because of Shannon & think she is a real credit to the team.
All of the girls however are so friendly and play a big part in the atmosphere of the salon. I have also had cuts from Charlotte and a Chloe who are both just as great!

Can’t sing this Salons praises enough! Covid covered to the highest standards, staff wearing visors at all times, all equipment and seats cleansed thoroughly between customers. Some places can feel quite harsh and unwelcoming but not here, everything still feels warm and welcoming even through wearing masks and visors... I suppose I should also add that I had another amazing haircut from the lovely Lucy!
