Always forward to having my haircut by Elisha. She does such an amazing cut which lasts!

My daughter loves having her haircut by Jess. She is so good with my 9yr old. She’s very patient and chatty with her.

Awesome! Went for a Pixie Cut from long hair. Never been this short, Faith talked me through the whole process before and while she styled me. Colour is lovely too.
Recommended Salon, I felt like I was in the hands of a true professional all the time.

It was my forst time at Rhapsody and i had a lovely time. Jess was lovely warm and professional. Really please with my hair cut and overall experience at the Salon.

Nice hair trimming but the girl doesn't know how to layer bangs, just whacked it with the scissors. Asked to get it even and it looked worse every time, in the end ended up with botched hair framing the face. Didn't had the heart to tell her off. My fault should have gone with someone with more experience. Never again thought.

So glad you have reopened. Elisha spent ages colouring and cutting my lockdown hair and so pleased with the results. Everyone who works here has a friendly personality and genuinely welcoming.

Faith is a fantastic asset to the salon and is an incredible hairdresser. I always feel relaxed during my appointment and love walking out with a superb haircut.

I was very pleased with my haircut, I’ve always liked rhapsody and Jess is lovely. She always asks if I’m comfortable with what she’s doing, as she knows I’m autistic and may be sensitive to certain things. I have already booked another appointment.

The massage chairs are fab an added bonus. Faith is experienced and knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful experience as always. The new chairs and hair wash stations make it even better. Loved the massage chair while having my hair washed. Definitely left feeling better after lockdown greys and out of condition hair had been transformed. Lovely to catch up again, thank you xx

I honestly can't thank you enough for making me feel like "me" again!! Lockdown has been harder this time, so to have such a fabulous time in the chair today has helped me make huge steps forward with my mental health.

I’ve been going to Rhapsody a couple of years now following a ballayage disaster somewhere else. I usually go between Louise or Elisha. My colour has always been amazing, I have always left happy when they have done my hair and leave feeling a million dollars. I have been going to rhapsody for around 3 years now and they never disappoint! I had my first appointment with Elisha who is so lovely and talked me through my hair colouring ( as it was the first time I coloured my hair) and I have never gone back to my natural hair. Such beautiful colouring and cut every time! She introduced me to her wonderful colleague Jess who now does my hair and is such a talented hair stylist! Everyone is so welcoming and make you feel comfortable :) highly reccomend to everyone!

Without doubt, the most talented hairdressing team I have ever visited. Louise and her team make sure every customer has a personalised, unique experience which means that they will take time to understand and listen to their customers' wishes and gently and carefully work together to get there!

I absolutely love coming into the salon and Elisha is the perfect hairdresser as well as lovely person to chat to.

Absolutely love having my hair coloured and cut with Louise (and Elisha). The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and with so much knowledge and experience i know my hair is safe in their hands. Louise isn't just running a salon, she cares about her team and their development, every time I go to the salon they are learning new things to make the experience even better. I also like the product recommendations which are made with real knowledge and not a pushy purchase. I can't wait to come back post lockdown.

Absolutely love this salon. Each and every one of the staff have such a passion for their profession. They care for all their clients no matter what service they are there for. Elisha is such a perfectionist when it comes to colouring her clients hair. She ensures that the requested colour/s will work with the clients complexion and hair type. She also takes into account the lifestyle of her client when cutting and styling hair.
All of the girls give 110% to their clients and the salon. Such a fabulous place to go

I’ve been going to Rhapsody for the last few years and can honestly say I’ve never been more comfortable with a salon before, I was supposed to come in for a colour and cut on 13th November but due to the national lockdown my appointment would’ve been cancelled but Jess called me and they were able to bring my appointment forward as the whole team worked additional hours to try and fit in as many clients as possible. Since being my hairdresser Louise has made my hair dreams come true, she goes above and beyond to make you feel fabulous which is such an important thing especially with everything going on this year! I would highly recommend Louise or any of her team, they are professional, kind and extremely skilled at their job!

She was very helpful & help me make my decision on what style hair to have. She is very polite & friendly

First class service as always, the new ‘normal’ has been so cleverly done you don’t really feel any different, everyone makes you feel so welcome and I left feeling on a real high. Rhapsody should be available on prescription .

I love coming to see Elisha and she is the only person I trust with my hair. Whether it’s a cut or colour, the results are always amazing. More than just her skills with hair, she is just wonderful and I always feel like I’m talking to a friend. I used to hate visiting the hairdressers before I found Elisha and now every visit I leave with fab hair and a smile on my face. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

If you need a bit of relaxing time and have a lovely hair at the same time Rhapsody is the place for you. I had my hair cut and coloured and it looks amazing. The sample of my hair was taken prior to colouring and alergy test was done. The experience was simply great. All the ladies in there are very friendly. Highly recommended ??

Honestly, I had the best experience. Elisha was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. From the word go I felt in capable hands. It was a big job going from dark brown to pink. She would often explain the reason behind her method. The actual salon was extremely clean. I felt very relaxed and covid precautions were great. I am so grateful to Elisha for creating the hair i’ve dreamt of for years.

Another amazing cut from Elisa at Rhapsody. It says something that even last week, when it was desperately in need of a tidy up, people complimented the cut. Next job is to get back to my pre covid colourful hair. Elisa has amazing ideas and a real talent for the stunning.

I’ve been a loyal client of Rhapsody for many years and Elisha is my hairdresser. She is so lovely,friendly,kind and fun. I was greeted by Jess today who took my temperature and showed me how to use the venue check in scanning thing. She showed me to my seat and offered me a bottle of water and a mask if I needed one. I had my own mask so just had the water. Jess was also friendly and nice.

Elisha came to talk to me and showed me how to put on my cape etc we chatted about what I wanted doing to my hair and I said a trim and some layers (i wasn’t having highlights this time as had them dine in July)
The service I get with Elisha and everyone at Rhapsody is excellent. The owner Louise (Elisha’s mum) is a fantastic business woman and a great hair dresser too and trains all staff up to a very high standard and the level of knowledge an Service is the best in my opinion. I always look forward to going there to have my hair done and a chat with Elisha etc. She always makes me feel great and I go out of the salon with loads more confidence!
I highly recommend Rhapsody. I’ve always felt welcome from day one and they were also great with my late mother -Louise used to cut her hair and I know mum enjoyed going and seeing Louise and the team and they did her too. The overall service at this salon is absolutely fantastic!
