As always I received a professional cut and treatment , was made to feel completely relaxed and pampered . Alesha always has a friendly smile and great conversation. Going to Rhapsody is not just about having a your hair done , it's about being made to feel you have somewhere to go where you can relax amongst friends , laugh, cry , natter etc and come away looking a feeling a million dollars . I just love going to Rhapsody. Such a friendly, warm & welcoming Hair Salon. Staff Members always greet you with a friendly smile. Rhapsody always put your needs & requirements first. Conversations fill the Salon in an extremely positive way. Refreshments on tap & Massages to boot, as you get your hair washed...its like experiencing a Pamper Day. Im never disappointed when I visit. Such an amazing friendly & Creative Bunch. Highly Recommend!!

Alisha is just an amazing hairdresser, it took me quite a while to find someone like her who just knew what I wanted and more importantly how to achieve it. She is a master colourist and a total perfectionist. I would highly recommend her.

Absolutely wonderful

Had a great time having my hair cut today by Elisha, was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. The wash and massage was very relaxing and the haircut was the icing on the cake.

I love going to get my hair done by Elisha! I find her really easy to talk to and to discuss what I want with (which isn't easy for her when I never know what I want!)
I leave feeling pampered and like I have the best hair in the world!

This is the most friendly, top quality salon. Wonderful chats first to decide what I wanted a d then the expertise of the hairdresser about whether it is achievable. Refreshing drinks non stop. Always always full of fun. At the end wonderful result. Soooo good.

All stylists here are welcoming and caring, wether on the phone or in person and they’ll offer you a range of drinks as soon as you’re sat down. From my experiences with Jess, she always ask for consent/permission to apply products in your hair, to style your hair, what your preferences are and so much more. She gives a friendly and respectful conversation, best bit is that there’s no awkwardness either. The end results from the stylist is precisely what I’ve shown them from my phone or from a rough description of what I want, it’s all worth the price and the time!

((Firstly I am so sorry it has taken me so long to write this review!!)) I had my hair cut by Jess at Rhapsody during the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend. I had been highly recommended by a friend to go and I’m so glad I did! Due to struggling with anxiety since I was a teenager I hadn’t had my haircut in a salon since I was 14 (10 years ago) and this was an amazing first experience for me. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel completely comfortable as soon as you step through the door. I was offered coffee/tea whilst I had my hair done and Jess was amazing at making conversation and making me feel at ease. I am incredibly pleased with the results as well! Jess listened completely to what kind of style I wanted and the requirements and 100% fulfilled, making sure to check every so often during the cut that I was happy with how it was looking so far, whilst also explaining what she was doing/why so that I felt as involved and listened to during the process as possible. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough and will be telling all my family and friends and definitely returning!!

Louise has being doing my hair for a long time and is always fantastic. The salon as a whole are so welcoming and friendly. Louise knows just what to do with my curls and has wealth of knowledge and let me know how my hair would change through pregnancy etc. Would really recommend always come away smiling :)

This was my first time in the salon and I am highly impressed. I was very nervous after having a negative experience elsewhere and Jeas was Absloutely amazing! She was super friendly and highly skilled. Not only does my hair feel amazing so do I! If your looking to get your hair done in aylesbury this is definitely the place to go! Stuart and I have not been to Rhapsody in some time since before COVID-19, it was like we had never been away, professional as always Elisha and I caught up as she did Stuarts hair, talking with him as she did it.
Jess was charming as always and we enjoyed a lovely cuppa at the same time.
These ladies really know how to treat their clients and the training and cste they reiceve shows throughout the visit.

Came in for a trim and a freshen up. Left with my hair feeling fresh and healthy. Jess even took time to put it in Dutch braids for me because I can’t do it myself!

This was my first time seeing Elisha again since pre-pandemic. She remembered how I liked my hair and what products would be best. She also gave lots of great advice on treating my hair at home. Lovely team and atmosphere as always and felt extremely comfortable with their covid safety procedures.

Brilliant, I’m a man and can say that I’ve got dead straight hair which is normally really difficult to cut and barbers that I have been to seem to struggle with, but at rhapsody I’m always happy with the results. I’ve had different hairdressers cut my hair in the time I’ve been going and everyone of them has been fantastic with top level service. I will say I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to the art of hairdressing and the staff are super patient, always taking their time with me.

Again cannot stress enough that everyone in rhapsody has given me the same service that I cannot fault in 8 years, and I go every 2-3 months. Recommend to all my family members and friends, who are mostly female have also had the same experience.

It's been years since I treated myself to Rhapsody. I was a regular customer and then life got in the way. It was amazing to walk through those doors again, be greeted in such a genuine way and get the best service I've always had from Elisha! The upgrades in the salon are amazing as well. Cant wait to come back in Feb!

I had no option but to bring my 5 year old daughter with me which I was dreading but I need not have worried. Jess got my daughter a hot chocolate and a few chocolates. Then brought out the model head for her to play with, a spray bottle of water and various hairbrushes. My daughter loved it and was no trouble at all. I'm very grateful! Of course the haircut was brilliant as always, but it's the stuff around the haircut that makes it such a fab experience. Thank you and merry Christmas.

Lovely atmosphere, made to feel comfortable and safe. Jess always discusses with me what I would like and if I am happy with my colour, cut, need a drink etc.
