I came to Toni and Guy after losing my way with how I wanted my hair. I had been growing it and colouring it but not happy with it. Both Louise who coloured it and Jo who cut it for me were amazing. They both took the time to listen to my ideas and then to tell me what would suit me. I decided to leave it to them and let them do what they thought was best. All I can say is WOW. I absolutely love it and everyone else agrees. Thank you so much to both of you.

A bit disappointed to find my regular coiffeur had taken himself off camping when I was in dire need of an ear lowering session, however the delightful and very lovely Rosie stepped into the breach and performed wonders with my aging locks, and I would like to nominate her for at least a medal if not a pay rise, the woman is an artiste of the highest order... many thanks

After recovering cancer my hair had finally grown back and I had become scared to have it cut again. Knowing the excellent reputation Toni & Guy had he persuaded me to make an appointment. I am so glad he did. From the moment I walked i was made to feel welcomed and valued. The receptionist took time to talk to me and helped reassure me. Joanne my stylist spent time with me establishing the style and cut I would like. She has done a fantastic job. She has made me feel and look great. Thank you all, I look forward to next visit.

It's been a few years since I got my hair cut here but the service and value for money hasn't changed. Friendly, professional and uo in the latest trends and products!

Managed to fit me in even though they were fully booked. Great friendly service and very happy with the colour from Daisy and the blow dry from Lily. Even managed to get 10% off from their promotional discount. Amazing value for money!

Always get a top notch service and a great result with Ben. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I like the result of my hair even though it's not turned out as I wanted it. I asked for a blend of my highlights to possibly start going more natural but have ended up with a full blonde. It's a nice blonde though but didn't fit the brief. Asked for just a few highlights for £40 ended up with a lot and paid £115 including my cut. Half way thru I was given a different stylist without explanation, which I asked for. The lady I booked apparently had had a regular come in last minute. I felt an explanation would have been polite. The girl who cut my hair wasn't particularly friendly and had been the same girl who initially greeted me on arrival, she wasn't overly welcoming.
When cutting she would just cut a bit and kept asking how's that? Is that enough? Like she wanted continual guidance which didn't give me much confidence in her. She didn't appear too happy to have to cut my hair which isn't a nice feeling to have.
The salon experience I received wasn't as pampering as I had expected, more felt i inconvenienced the girl who cut my hair and was dropped by the original person is booked.
The girl who washed it was very nice. And the lady who coloured it was friendly.

I have been visiting this hairdressers for sometime now and have consistently received excellent service. My hairdresser Fern can interpret my ideas into a beautiful cut each and every time,

The salon was very rushed today. The sinks weren't working. Offered tea twice and then it was forgotten and i had to ask. Hair cut was very late which couldn't be helped but it felt very disorganized as the treatment i had on should have been washed off ready for.my cut.

Absolutely fantastic - as always

This was my first trip to Toni and Guy and it was a big visit. I had my waist length hair cut into a blunt lob. I was very nervous however Ben and the rest of the staff were friendly and Ben cut my hair beautifully. Everyone keeps complementing me and I am definitely recommending Toni and Guy. Thank you for my fab new look x

I had a lovely experience with Daisy who always goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm very happy with my hair. I was however disappointed that the boiler problem at Bristol has not been fixed since my last visit 4 weeks ago ,meaning that my shampoo was again cold. I would like to think paying so much money for my hair some thing like this could be fixed more quickly. Both daisy and Sophie are a credit to the salon. It's just such a shame that this lovely experience is let down with cold shampoo!! Joanne Templeton

I have not rated value as believe that the cold shampoo represents poor value for money although the staff remain fantastic in my opinion

At last! Someone who listened to what I wanted and did it beautifully.

Today my hair was cut by leah, I've always seen leah and each and every time she has helped me decide how I should wear my hair. This time it was cut In a gorgeous short cut easy to style and look after. I have been losing my hair and it has thinned but now I feel much more confident and had lots of compliments. Leah is a lovely lady and I always enjoy my visit very relaxing. All staff are very helpful and polite.
Last thing I enjoy having my NHS discount for any other NHS staff out there.

Recently I was unable to keep an appointment I had made and had to cancel . I was upset that I couldn't make it and later in the afternoon Cloe called me to see if I was ok . She then added me as a extra for the following week . Everyone was so kind and the utmost of effort was made to help me . Impossible to put into words how much it helped me as I was so desperate to have my hair done in order to make me feel good . Massive thank you to Cloe Rosie the receptionist who took my tearful call and all Tony Guy !

The atmosphere and cleanliness was great but it felt so efficient that I felt I was hurried through from beginning to end. Wasn't that impressed with my cut, the stylist left my parting wonky and untidy. They didn't pay any attention to the cut so it looks pretty much the same as it did when I came in. Not what I was expecting.

As always it was great, the service from coffee from reception to fab haircut and blow dry from Jo was great. I love her cuts the style stays well for a long time and that is wonderful

Like my colour, staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
My only bug bear is that they always offer you a drink but it never actually arrives. I was asked 3 times on my last visit if I wanted a cup of tea, each time I said yes, not one cup of tea arrived and I was at the salon over two hours. Left parched.

drawn in by the 10% offer, saw Leigh again as a simple long c/bd needed. service was fine and friendly. Leigh understood what i wanted and we have s good chat. i am always baffled and nervous about what to tip. at the moment i just can afford the price as it is. sorry as Im sure the stylists need it.
