Have always enjoyed my visits to Toni and Guy. Love the cut Charlotte gives.

Very pleased. Professional and understanding service. Bit worried as it was my first time here as well as having had my hair ruined by another hair salon. Did not get my coat and bag taken by the Receptionist nor given a gown to wear by her - which is usually par for the course at any Toni & Guy Salon but that said my hair dresser,Sophie W did a great job. Will be returning regularly. Stan F

I came to get a haircut for the first time in 5 years and was pretty anxious but Leigh was so lovely and attentive and cut it exactly how I wanted it. So happy with the result, would definitely reccomend her!

I look foward to having my hair washed and conditioned by some one else. But it was disappointing this time, it was over in about 1 minute. But I'm very pleased with the way Rosie cut my hair and dried it. She's very good.

Have been using this fab salon for 17 years, through many changes of colour and cut, long short, brilliant blonde, red, all sorts. My hair is difficult to work with but you'd never know that here.

Never had anything but great results. Cannot recommend them highly enough, I won't go anywhere else!

Cut and blow dry with Ben who is a excellent stylist a perfectionist

I have been going to T&G for years! It took me a long time to find a hairdresser (James) to cut my hair just the way I like it and a colourist (Kim) to colour it beautifully! I have always been 100% happy with my cut and colour and would definitely recommend T&G for many reasons, mainly professionalism, friendliness, great value for money and giving the customer exactly what they ask for :) I always feel like a million dollars when I leave the salon

Charlie S is fantastic with colour and really listens to what you want. Very pleased with the results from today. Very friendly staff and I was lucky that Charlie was also free to blow dry my hair. I think whoever colours your hair should also dry it as this gives a 'full service' rather than just being passed to a junior to dry which feels like you're on a conveyer belt. Also, sometimes the juniors are not great at the blow dry and often I dont feel my hair looks its best as I am leaving and have just paid a load of money.

The girl who done my hair was lovely friendly and. It to in your face she done my hair exactly how I wanted it ... which is rare as so many hairdressers do what they think will look nice but she don't exactly what I wanted I'm so pleased and will keep going back

Front desk welcome varies. Generally greeted with indifference. Not a smile. . Looks like a congregation point for staff to have a chat. When less busy, not very professional.
