I’ve got super curly hair and been coming to James for years as he’s brilliant. Does a fantastic cut - really listens to what you’d like and wants you to be happy with it. Also, always made to feel extremely welcome and at ease. Lovely experience and would highly recommend!

I see Joanne at 1-2 St Augustine's Parade Bristol. Very good hairdresser, absolutely fab service. Had my hair coloured by a young man there, can't remember name, but wonderful job. Would not use another hairdresser.

Enjoyable experience. Claire listened to my request and cut my hair just as I wanted it. Very pleased! I marked down the cleanliness as I was taken to a seat that had a used cup and there was a lot of hair around the floor which looked like it had not been swept up since several haircuts.

I do not kneo who washed my hair bit that was fastest hair was ever done, when specially ladis like me ( working) the hair cut/ wash is a kind of part of pampering the after conditioner the massage should be at least 50-6- seconds not under 5 but she made me nice coffe which was much appreciated.
Appart from that the service was perfect, staff very frindly and very prompt.

I had charlotte cut my hair and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I'm always very nervous when getting my haircut as it's long and curly and not particularly pleased with the results so massive thank you to Charlotte for my lushous new hair!

I have been coming to the Bristol Toni and Guy for around 6 years, ever since I moved here. I'm always happy with the result and it's good to have found a hairdresser I can rely on. Lovely salon and fab staff!

I have been going to Toni & Guy for 10 years. I have had Ben cutting my hair for those years I have never had a bad haircut he is always friendly and proffesional. I can't find a negative in my time coming there!

I live an hour and a half away from this hairdressers but will always happily travel the distance to see my usual hairdresser as i know i always get an excellent service and leave with a smile on my face every time!

Had a t sec blonde top up, nano keratin treatment and trim/blowdry/ straighteners. The girls did a great job with the colour. Nano keratin was good too. Really chatty and supplied with endless drinks. Quick and professional too. Great girls and great salon! All time fave place!

I’ve been using TONI and GUY for almost four years now. The lovely Nicole has been cutting my hair for the last year and a half, acting as my ‘hair coach’ while I grew out my asymmetrical cut. The staff are lovely and the salon always has a great atmosphere.

Great salon but I’m struggling with this new payment system and staff lingering around the card machine to see if I’ve added a tip. Can it go back to simple payments at the end please, it’s expensive enough without this pressure

Hair lighter than wanted and some blonde bits do not fade in like a balyage should.not the natural look I was after. Most is ok so overall an ok job just not as good as last time.

I've been using this salon for about 8 years and have never had a bad experience, the service is great, the cuts are awesome and the stylists always listen to exactly what you want.

Whatever the occasion or need, James has always gone way beyond for me. Cannot praise him or Toni and Guy enough. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

Nicole my stylist was as always extremely professional and patient in making sure I had exactly the cut I wanted. Nicole is always pleased to see both myself and my partner who I have introduced to the salon also . We have a great fun chat each and every time and
