I have been visiting this salon for over 20 years and can honestly say that there is no where better in Bristol. I’ll be honest, I have been tempted with offers from other high rated salons in Bristol however, I always return as I find the service and staff exceptional. I have regular colour, cuts and the most amazing nano keratin treatments for smoothing and non frizz! Charlie, Kim, James and team please keep it up, you are doing a wonderful job! A pleasure to visit!

Great staff, shame about the ever increasing costs and recent requests for tips when processing payments. Extra pressure on an already expensive visit. Loyal customer for years but starting to look elsewhere, such a shame as the staff are fantastic

I really wasn't happy with my initial haircut so I called up a week later. I was offered a haircut free of charge on the very same day. Everyone treated me fantastically and really cared about me walking out of the studio happy! I was treated with the professionality I had come to expect from Toni and Guy having used the salon exclusively for over 15 years! I am super grateful and was feeling confident now! I visited your salon Saturday morning for a colour and blow dry. I made the appointment in the morning but could not get Nicole. The staff who put colour in my hair was excellent and very pleasant. However the staff who had to blow dry my hair made me feel she did not want to be doing it. She never spoke never smiled. When she finished she had to get staff who put in colour to check it. The staff who blow dried my hair walked off and never said if she was finished or not. I sat for couple of minutes and got up to take my gown off. The staff who coloured my hair came over. The staff who blow dried my hair was sitting with another customer. I never complain but if that was my first time in your salon I would not be coming back. Nicola is excellent and as I said so was the staff who put colour on.

It is always great to come to T and G. All staff are friendly ,polite and eager to help. Having my hair washed and a head massage is the best bit. Cutting and blow drying was skilful and very well done, just as I wanted. I have never been disappointed.

Always loved T&G. No issues with anything other than the chairs. They have been changed and they are AWUL. It was like sitting on a concrete slab and the backs of the chair dug into your back. Please revert back to the original ones asap.

Very impressed. Didn't take too long but didn't feel rushed. Been trying to find a hairdressers in Bristol that workers for me for 6 months since moving from London. Will be coming back.

I have visited this salon 3 times, and had my haircut by 2 different stylists. Each and every time I have been met with rude service and a can’t-be-bothered attitude. The only staff I have found to be pleasant are the girls who wash your hair initially. I won’t be returning. It is not worth wasting your time.

Having moved from London to Bristol, this was my first visit to Toni and Guy's Bristol branch. I had a cut and blow dry with senior stylist Stevie who was fantastic and did not disappoint. I will be coming again!

I cannot tell you how well looked after I was! the girls did my hair last time too so knee I was in good hands! cannot compliment them enough, they're so amazing honestly I cannot express enough! when I go back I'm gona make sure I get the trio again!

No nonsense professional salon experience. Wonderful hairwash and head massage with gorgeous smelling products. Wash, cut and blow dry in 45 minutes, no waiting around. My cut is always exactly what I ask for and I couldn't be happier!

After 18 months or so of disappointing experiences I finally had an exceptional experience, Ben & the salon was recommended to me and he, Polly & Mya exceeded my expectations, Polly paid great attention to my colouring, Mya's head massage was the best I've ever had & Ben was so gentle I did not feel like he cut my hair! The service was truly outstanding, I very much appreciated it, thank you. Xxx

Ross is a star and get the colour just right ... I am always delighted with the result and he always takes time to discuss colour tones and what suits best. Stylist Nicole is amazing - her precision cuts are expertly achieved and I always get compliments on my haircut. She has a great eye for detail and always get the texture and shape spot on. Well done guys.

My hair wasn’t properly rinsed, I had conditioner in my ears. On other visits I’ve had the shower head rubbed on my head. Please put more training an checks around the wash. Finally, please ask stylists not to smoke immediately before cutting hair. Perhaps wash hands and drink water if they do, the smell is not pleasant.

I absolutely loved my highlights/cut and blow dry, Bay-lee and Jade were lovely and gave me a full consultation beforehand to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted! Can’t thank them enough. You really do get what you pay for, worth every penny.

Worth every penny. Stylists listened carefully before picking up scissors. Particularly liked that 1 week after a restyled short hair cut I decided I wanted hair trimmed at the back and wasn't charged

I have been going to Toni and Guy for many years. I have my hair cut by Maria, she is great and always cuts my hair how I ask. I have never been disappointed. Well done Toni and Guy for employing such a lovely person, who is always happy and extremly polite.

Fantastic first experience here last week. They corrected a mistake made by another hairdresser and I can’t rate them highly enough. Friendly and professional right the way through. Really happy with my hair now and have made my follow up appointment already! Def give them a try.
