Charlie is very good colour technician. Very accurate. Cares about her work and her customers. I am happy with the result.

My cut looks nothing like the photo o brought. It is too short, uneven and I will have to spend another £50 (at least) having it redone.

The girl washing my hair made multiple rude comments about my hair being knotty (it’s curly so can be unruly) at one point asking if my “hair was always like this”
She hen brought me to my stylist and whispered about me under her breathe about my hair.
I have never been so uncomfortable at a salon

My first time at Toni&Guy and what a wonderful experience. Aaron was my stylist and was amazing. Great advice, great cut and great service. Have booked again for a colour. This is my new regular salon, even though it’s roughly 10 miles for me to travel, it’s definitely worth it x

Shanade is a great stylist. She always listens to what I want her to do and checks throughout my cut. She is friendly, funny and a real gem. I always receive fantastic service from the rest of the salon staff who are polite and professional.

Nichole has been cutting my hair for years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She never pushes me to cut off more than I want, even when I know it needs a good inch :) She’s fantastic!

I was really happy with the cut. I look a lot more like me now and Infeel much more comfortable. I was also happy with the service I received. I don’t like to talk much at the hairdressers and I’m very glad that Shanade picked up on this and didn’t engage in loads of conversation!
